Tour met balsamicoazijn, olijfolie en biologische wijnmakerij in Assisi met proeverij

Kom met ons mee in deze probleemloze tour: we denken aan alles, van het ophalen tot het afleveren! U zult lokale biologische producties ontdekken zoals biologische balsamico-azijn, extra vergine olijfolie en biologische wijnen in het ongerepte landschap van Assisi. U bezoekt wijngaarden en olijfboomgaarden, een balsamico-verouderingsfaciliteit en een wijnmakerij en begrijpt het echte verschil tussen biologische en conventionele landbouw. Na de bezoeken neemt u deel aan een begeleide proeverij van de balsamico-azijn, extra vergine olijfolie en van 5 verschillende biologische wijnen gecombineerd met warme bruschette met biologische olijfolie, een selectie kazen en salami en zelfgemaakte biscotti, genietend van een geweldig uitzicht op de vallei van Assisi.

we zullen eerder stoppen bij het balsamico-azijngebouw waar ze de beroemde "caratelli" zullen zien, dan zullen we doorgaan in de wijngaarden om de biologische landbouw te laten zien en uitleggen tegen convetionale. Daarna zullen we een kleine wandeling maken in het midden van eeuwenoude olijfgaarden voordat we naar de wijnmakerij gaan.
Daarna gaan we naar het wijnhuis waar ze de hele productieketen van persmachine tot bottelmachine zullen zien en zullen we de echte biologische wijnbereiding toelichten. Hierna krijgen ze een begeleide proeverij van 5 biologische wijnen, extra vergine olijfolie en onze balsamico-azijn gecombineerd met bruschette, een selectie van lokale kazen en salami en zelfgemaakte biscotti

You get to see the whole operation! It is amazing. The barrels, the big containers of wine. All of it. Guilia was a wonderful host. And the wine was amazing.
We did this tour in May with a pickup option from Assisi. The tour was personalized, very detailed, and met all our expectations. All the processes, equipment, etc were explained well; we tasted around five wines and several cheeses and meats too. It was an insightful experience!

Excellent tour with a chance to see a small generational Organic winery in operation. The pick up/drop off in Assisi was excellent as we were able to see part of the countryside. It was a lovely afternoon capped with wine, olive oil and balsamic tasting. my husband and I would describe it as the perfect tour, knowledgeable host, not to long, with food at the end in a beautiful setting.

Fabulous tour! Lots of information about wine production, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Wine tasting was excellent as well as the food. I would highly recommend this tour.
Getting picked up by one of the tour guides who drives you to the vineyard and explains things along the way is an excellent experience. The exploration of the organic wine making process along with seeing of the process is a memorable way of learning. After seeing and learning about the processing of the grapes and olives it was delightful to sit down with some family members and have them pour wine, olive oil and taste them along with some charcuterie. The aged balsamic vinegar tasting and explanation tops off the whole experience in a comfortable setting.
Giulia picked us up, took us on a tour of the winery and then we had a fun tasting! Tasted several Tili wines and had light snacks! It was a perfect tour!
We had an AMAZING time and would highly recommend. The tour was so personal and we loved hearing all about the family and the work they do to keep producing organic products for the region! The food, wine, oils were all so good! Anna Laura is delightful!

Julia gave us a wonderful experience at the winery today, well informed, wines were great! I loved the balsamic vinegar and oil that come in "carry-on" amounts, as we are already overloaded to fly back to the states tomorrow! Laura was also lovely, I have a great respect for her and her husband, who carry on the tradition of many centuries at this winery! They are clearly dedicated to excellence and maintaining their organic history. Julia was just lovely, gave an excellent tour, spoke English very well which made us feel comfortable and contacted the taxi service to transport us back to old downtown Assisi. I would highly recommend this tour!

Absolutely wonderful! By far the best time my wife and I had in Italy. The tour was incredible, the food was delicious, and it was the best wine we have ever had! Everyone there is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend doing this if you are in the area!

We had a great time. We were picked up at the hotel as it was closer than the meeting spot. So extra points for that. It wasnt rushed. Highly recommend that 25 yr old Balsamic Vinegar.
