Good experience from the point of view of the excursions. They pace the bus trip well, which is long to get to the falls. It is a real shame that the lunch breaks were in very sketchy places. If you don't take the expensive buffet offered, then you end up in areas where there is almost nothing (closed / no longer operational shopping center) and a ghost commercial zone the 2nd time, very few options for dining.
Nice trip. The timing was very good (pick up and lay off. Only thing to improve is to give more time for lunch time, may be 1h30 min instead of 1h00 because some travelers have kids and they need more time to eat. Except that matter, everything was good so far . Will recommend it to others.
The trip was very well planned, and both the driver and the guide were excellent. They managed the schedule efficiently, made sure everything ran on time, and were always ready to help resolve any problems. We especially appreciated the guide’s individual approach to each participant, including contacting us before the trip, discussing the details personally, and communicating clearly in both languages. We felt well looked after throughout the entire experience and would definitely recommend this tour.
Everything wonderful, unforgettable trip! Luke and Steve are very professional and pleasant, providing the correct information and ensuring everyone's well-being. I recommend that you have a bus with only children and parents; 8 hours of listening to screaming and crying is not very pleasant.
