Het centrale atrium van het museum fungeert als een knooppunt voor bezoekers, met drie verdiepingen van galerijen die zich ervan vertakken. Catwalks, glazen liften en trappen verbinden deze galerijen, waardoor meerdere kijkhoeken van de tentoonstellingen ontstaan. In totaal zijn er 20 tentoonstellingszalen. Dit ontwerp, met het atrium en de catwalks als verbindingselementen, maakt navigatie binnen het museum eenvoudig, ondanks de complexe buitenkant van het gebouw. Naast de tentoonstellingsruimtes biedt het museum ook een auditorium met 300 zitplaatsen, twee restaurants, een café en een winkel/boekhandel.

Scam. Don’t use viator they didn’t let us I.

This was a scam. The museum didn’t let us in with viator tickets. We had to buy new ones and their were cheaper than viator tickets

perfect

Kept the entry ticket on my phone and it was good for a half hour after our appointed time, barely made it. Just scanned by the employee at the entrance and was perfect. So happy it worked so easily.

Viator link didn't work

Having purchased the entry ticket through Viator, we turned up at the entry and the staff at the entry desk couldn't access the ticket. They referred us to the Information desk, where they also failed to make the link work.

QR problems

The QR wouldn’t download Having a hard time with that So thankful for the help on the information desk inside the museum She looked up my name and fortunately she got it She advised me to next time buy the tickets cheaper directly from the museum

Amazing architecture

This is absolutely worth visiting if only solely for the architecture which is amazing. We actually walked from the Plaza Circular along the river to the Guggenhiem Museum taking in all the sites along the way which was great. I must admit my highlight was when we turned the corner and was confronted by the huge spider construction it really made the walk work while. Although the were lots of people walking around it did not feel crowded. You can also get some get views of the museum and the spider if you walk around and up onto the bridge and look down onto the area for some great photo's

easy to get to with Public Transport take your time see everything . it’s Art so some things might be your flavor some might not, but enjoy it all

Go EARLY.... while the Staff is still in a good mood!

The building was AMAZING! When we went in to drop off our coats, the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, by the end of the day, they literally THREW our coats at us! They could not wait till we visitors had gone! This was in February... I'd hate to deal with them in the busy Summer Season!

Very Unhappy

Very hard to find tickets in the ViaTour system. It took us 45 minutes working with the museum help desk to finally locate tickets.

Exaggerated cost

That with Viator it costs twice as much to buy the Museum tickets and it is better to buy them directly since there is no additional benefit

Wasn’t the experience. ...

Wasn’t the experience. The tour guide didn’t refund the tickets as I booked Guggenheim in NYC. I wasn’t in Spain and obviously couldn’t make the appointed time. I know there was no refund but really?
