I was very unhappy with Viator. I could not access the barcode in the app. We held up the line forever and the kind attendant took us out of line and had to go to the back office and find our tickets

Great experince to see one of Londons iconic landmarks, good value, worth using your phone to listen to the commentry, so you don`t need a guide and there are plenty of information boards around to explain how it was constructed and its history. Views of London from the top boardwalks were brilliant, we were lucky to have a lovely sunny day which made it even better. The tour lasted approx 2.0hrs but you could take longer if you wished as no one hurrying you along. Plenty of helpful staff with some points giving additional infromation. Great day out for all the fammily .

Great experience and really recommend even to Londoners. Granted us access to the engine room too so excellent value.

There are lots of steps to climb so you need to be fit and able. I’ve always wanted to go Inside, climb the structure, learn how it works and its history. You get all that and more. Well worth going in.

We started our visit to London with a highlight in hindsight. Best to preorder the tickets online. If you can use the steps and not the lift. It just great to see the raw industrial style. And the way up is paved with interesting information. We did the tour with our 5-year old son. He was motivated by 'The Tower Bridge Cat Trail'. Of course the glass floor was another highlight and a photo hotspot. Take your time since everyone wants to have his special photo. Then we got down and followed a few meters a blue trail to the engine room. That was another highlight. A great exhibit with informative insights in the workings of the bridge from it's beginning to the time of electrification. I was particularly impressed by the steam engine. I never saw such a sublime example of a moving machine like that.

I wasn’t expecting a lot, but in addition to the great views and surprisingly increased heart rate when walking over the glass hall, the museum aspect of the bridge was interesting.

This experience was wonderful, we had trouble finding the entrance but once we did it was a lovely experience. They even made it interactive for children which was perfect!

It's really nice experience. We did this for my daughter. She's a big Spider-Man fan and she wants to see where Spider-Man and Mysterio fought😁

This was my favorite tour in London. The walking over the glass and the engine room were the highlight of this tour. You will be impressed with the engine’s machine.
