Fantastic fun for all the family, qould recomend!
We went with our 8 and 11 year olds. We leant in, did every puzzle, took every picture. First thing in the day wasn't too busy and the air con was great on a hot day. We had a great time. Some exhibitions are a bit old, but we saw staff cleaning mirrors etc and generally were really impressed with the quality. Quantity is fab, our 8 year old even ran out of steam before the end. Free lockers really worth using. Toilets only at start/end which was a bit of a trek midway with the the kids! The admission fee on the board is incorrect, our tickets cost the same as the website. If you take a flyer (we found one in our hotel) you can get 2€ off! Great flyer, it folds into simple origami, a nice touch.
Incredible and fun experience, I recommend it to those who want an extraordinary experience.

First hour of the visit, no crowds, and yet 15 minutes of waiting in front of the gravity attraction... Some exhibits are defective.. Paying for tickets for the Hansel and Gretel circuit and zero entertainment, the end gift is a big multicolored pencil... it is absolutely not worth it. Advertising with a spokesperson is misleading. We thought we would end on a sweet note, but nothing indicates that it only opens starting at 11 a.m... in short, a total failure and frustrated children..

Nous sommes ravis de savoir que vous avez pu profiter du musée sans affluence : nous faisons justement notre maximum pour rendre l’expérience la plus fluide et agréable possible pour tous. Concernant Zero Gravity, nous limitons volontairement le nombre de participants afin que chacun puisse profiter pleinement de l’expérience, nous sommes navrés qu'il y ait eu une attente lors de votre passage. Nous prenons bien en compte votre remarque concernant l’attente. Nous sommes également navrés si les explications concernant le jeu de piste Hans & Gretel n’étaient pas suffisamment claires. Il s’agit bien d’un jeu de piste thématique à réaliser pendant la visite. Une campagne plus large proposait également des personnages, conteurs et autres animations, mais celles-ci étaient organisées à des dates précises, indiquées dans nos communications, et se sont pour la plupart terminées en juillet. Le jeu de piste reste quant à lui disponible, avec notamment la recherche du Ticket d’Or permettant de remporter un produit chez Hans & Gretel. Les horaires d’ouverture de la boutique sont également indiqués sur Google. Nous regrettons malgré tout que votre expérience n’ait pas répondu à vos attentes et prenons vos remarques en compte pour continuer à améliorer l’expérience.

Don't waste your money and your time, and go enjoy a good time elsewhere. Visit with 2 adults and a teenager: the hostess charged us the price for 3 adults; at the time, we swiped our credit card without paying attention, but once the payment was made, we pointed out to her that the price was wrong. She told us it was correct, didn't give us a receipt, and quickly ushered us into the room, telling us to join the explanation area because there were people waiting. At the time, we didn't have time to think and followed the instructions. The visit itself was not very pleasant; way too many people in the rooms at the same time, impossible to really enjoy the place, and in the end, only a few rooms were interesting out of the whole thing; it is not worth the price at all. It works thanks to a few nice images shared on social media, but once you're there, it's far below what is advertised. Regarding the payment error, we contacted the managers by email and via Instagram the very next day with the confirmation of the overcharge from our bank statement. They replied after several days, and for them, they cannot refund the overpayment because "as indicated in their Terms of Use, all their sales are final." For us, that's called theft!

I expected better. We arrived at the end of the day, the items (mirrors, windows, etc.) were dirty, which spoiled the pleasure and the interest of certain elements. We went through it quickly... unfortunately not much interest. Interesting for some funny photos, for us it was not worth the price.
