Het themapark heeft een waterpark met een oppervlakte van 40.000 vierkante meter en is ontworpen om iedereen een leuke tijd te bezorgen. Het biedt veel overzicht, zodat ouders heerlijk kunnen ontspannen terwijl hun kinderen met veel plezier in het water spelen. De Aqua Natura-promenade voert u naar het strand, waar u lekker in de zon kunt liggen en een duik kunt nemen. Kleedkamers, strandbars en meer dan 1.000 meter aan spannende waterglijbanen en een speciaal kinderzwembad zorgen voor een dag vol gegarandeerd plezier en opwinding! Het themapark bestaat uit vijf grote delen: het golfslagbad, de waterglijbanen, het kinderzwembad, de vuurtoren bij de havendam en het Spa-Sun Deck.

We traveled from the United States as part of the International Mermaid and Mermaid Convention 2026. As an underwater photographer documenting the event, I was impressed by every aspect of Aqua Natura Benidorm. The venue is outstanding, the staff is attentive and welcoming, and the food was excellent. A highlight was the opportunity to shoot in the sea lion tank, and parents and kids loved watching performances through the tunnel window. We also explored the city of Benidorm and appreciated the park’s conservation message around protecting marine life. This venue is a wonderful, family-friendly destination that inspires tourism while raising awareness about ocean protection. I’m looking forward to returning next year.
Avoid at all cost. No fun at all. Took our 6 year old and the amount of over the top rules they have is ridiculous. Here are the worst ones: 1. No goggles on the rides (if your kid doesn’t like to be in water with no goggles then tough - they don’t get to go on them). 2. Adults at the front of double rings to make it slower and safer 3. No waiting remotely near the bottom of slides to get your kids 4. Weighing people at the start of rides (I’m 80kg and had to weigh myself. No idea what the max weight is) 5. Reduced water on the slides to make them “slower and safer” 6. Banned single rings on the main slide making it doubles only. So if you have a small child you can’t both go on it 7. Aqua snake is a waste of time due to point 2. Literally got repeatedly stuck and had to push ourselves. Everyone had the same issue. Maybe someone had an accident recently and they’ve over reacted but it’s genuinely like they’re wanting people to have as little fun as possible. Don’t waste time or money here.

Everything was fine, were it not for the fact that they made me pay for an ice cube to put in my coffee after I had paid 136 euros for tickets, plus €9 for parking, plus another 30 * 4 for sandwiches.

They greatly limit the weight for the attractions. There was one that did not allow anyone over 187 pounds. And the new one limits between 110 and 220 pounds; my 12-year-old son could not ride. Another problem is that most require you to go in pairs, so you can only ride a few attractions.

As a family we love water parks but I have to say we were disappointed with this one. Once in you have to pay for a sunbed, then you have to pay for an inflatable for the rides if you don’t want to queue each time. We couldn’t pay for an inflatable as there wasn’t any available. Meaning each time we wanted to go on a slide we had to queue for ages for a ring and then queue again to get on the slide. There’s no a great deal of slides and in the day some of them were closed off. There’s teenagers were bored within a couple of hours. The pool isn’t big enough to have a proper swim in (it seems half of it was closed off for mermaid experience) all in all, a fairly disappointing time.

This time the attractions are super fun, and I love everything. The only downside is the lifeguards; some are nice, but there was an Argentine lifeguard who insulted some Americans, saying they had to speak English all day for them to understand. They were also rude when they left. A friend of mine got confused about the donut because he had just arrived and wanted to ride the adventure river. I think it was called that because he got on the green one instead of the blue one, but he didn't know, and the one above didn't warn him. The one below, who was the Argentine, did warn him and scolded him a lot. It was just a misunderstanding. It's true that my friend is a bit at fault for not waiting longer at the park, but the lifeguards should also be a bit more understanding. Later, in the Aqua Snake, the lifeguard was very unhelpful; we asked him to help us position the donut, and he said, "No, you position it yourself; I'm too lazy." I didn't know how to jump in because I was with a friend, and I said, "How do I do this? I'm afraid the donut will float away." He said he didn't care. So the only bad review I give is for the lifeguards, especially the Argentine one. Well, besides that, the food was really good, and the service was great too.

Went yesterday may 28th with my 2 kids, Paid €41 adult 33/37€ for a child, You have to pay €7 for the lockers then €10 to rent the ring donut floats! When going to the slides we walked up a few flight of stairs to be told the double float can’t be used n that one! There are no signs at any rides to tell you if or not the floaties can be used! So no signage’s, You also have to pay for the suns beds 6-8€ for one which is ridiculous, The biggest thing then is I silly myself left the sunscreen back at the hotel so ended up paying €19 for their own brand 50+ factor water resistant sunscreeen, it was so hot I was applying evey 1.5 hours to then all get back to our hotel last night to all 3 of us beening burnt 🫢 Very little staff on also so you are waiting in line (rides/resturant) for a while. We also did the swim with sea lions for €65 per person now my daughter did enjoy it but again over prices as you are with of group of 8 people so take turns swimming with the sea lions so your more waiting in the water then actually interacting with the sea lions. Conclusions way to overpriced for experience

Well we're do i start not a bad price for me and my son to get in but what really spoiled it for me is when I went to go on a water slide the attendant said I wasn't allowed on because I was to fat...he didn't actually say that but he made me get on weighing scales I said to he are you being serious I weigh 13 stone and you have just let a bloke on looking like he weighs 18 stone he just shrugged his head so I went on a different water shoot. Then too top it all off my son went down a water slide and he is ten yrs old and can swim all he done was held on too the side and the attendant kept on blowing her whistle saying he's not allowed too do that so I responded with he can swim he's fine so he got out and she said he will not be allowed too go on again and I said he will because I've paid a lot of money for this place she was very rude...would never go there again there very trigger happy with there whistles and you also have too pay for sunbeds 8€ per person bit of a rip off I think but that's just my opinion.

Water was absolutely freezing. Couldn’t stay in it at all. On the plus, plenty of sunbeds but you need to pay to use these €8 each. The ladies in the food shack were lovely, very busy but quick at serving. Food was plenty for the money, just ordered kids hot dog - which was good.
