Beginnend vanaf de oudheid en de middeleeuwen, passerend door de pracht van het grote Habsburgse Rijk en eindigend in de turbulente jaren van de 20e eeuw met zijn moderne geschiedenis. We vertellen je op zo’n gemakkelijke manier over de geschiedenis van deze stad dat je het als een expert kunt vertellen als je thuiskomt. OPMERKING: Dit is een fooi-gebaseerde tour. It was incredibly informative! We covered quite a few local highlights in 2.5-3 hrs. Martin, our tour guide was engaging and made the history of Slovakia entertaining and educational! I would highly recommend this tour and Martin our guide.
Martin was our guide for a fantastic and comprehensive tour of Bratislava! Tour was a full 3 hours, but plenty of rest stops and places to sit in the shade as Martin told us the full history of Bratislava, and history of Slovakia through the centuries!

This was such an incredible tour! Our guide, Matúš, was so friendly and informative. We learned a tremendous amount of history of Slovakia and Bratislava specifically from him, and all so compelling. He answered all of our questions and was a fantastic guide. We got to see so much of city center and end with fantastic recommendations for additional sightseeing and traditional Slovak and Bratislavan cuisine. I'd highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bratislava.
Great tour of city. Saw castle and all the highlights. Great view. Also learn the history. You don’t go inside the castle though.

Well worth booking in for this if you have a couple of hours spare. The communication pre walk was good, as it was during the tour. Our guide Matus was very knowledgeable and explained in good detail the history of Bratislava, took time and gave opportunities for any questions. Also provided some recommendations of places to try traditional Slovak dishes, local beer and wine. Very open to my inquisitiveness and gave me suggestions on other places of interest.
