This was an amazing tour and I cannot say enough about our guide, Frances. She was knowledge, funny, patient and clearly loves what she does. We enjoyed each part of the factory tour but took great delight in the rum tastings. Outstanding!!!!

Natal was an excellent tour guide, very knowledgeable and also made the entire experience lots of fun.

Really cool and informative! The tour guide was extroverted and nice. I loved doing the tasting in the warehouse and learning about some Puerto Rican history. Would go again with friends!

What a fun way to learn about rum and Puerto Rico! Only 4 stars because we thought we were doing a factory tour but it was more like a whole campus tour with a warehouse tour and then we talked through the rum making process vs truly seeing it. I still enjoyed it and the tour itself felt very put together and classy. Esther was a lot of fun and very knowledgeable. Plus, the drinks were delicious!! A fun vibe for sure.

We had the pleasure of taking a walking tour of Old San Juan with Dr. Garcia, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Puerto Rico. From the moment we met him, it was clear that Dr. Garcia is deeply passionate about Puerto Rico’s history, culture, and people. His knowledge was incredible, and he brought every street, building, and historic landmark to life with fascinating stories and context that you simply wouldn’t get exploring on your own. What made the experience even more special was how genuinely kind and welcoming he was. He took the time to answer every question we had, never making us feel rushed, and even walked us back to our car to ensure we got there safely. That level of care and hospitality speaks volumes about the kind of person he is. If you’re visiting Old San Juan and want more than just a sightseeing tour, book a tour with Dr. Garcia. You’ll leave with a much deeper appreciation for Puerto Rico’s rich history and culture, and you’ll feel like you’ve spent the morning with a friend rather than just a tour guide. Thank you, Dr. Garcia, for making our visit so memorable. We can’t recommend this experience highly enough!

For the price, I expected a much more in-depth tour and a better look at the distillery and the rum-making process. Instead, you're only taken into a barrel room before moving on to a tasting of five rums. While the tour guide was extremely informative and knowledgeable, the overall visit was disappointing. I was hoping to see more of the production process. If I had known, I would have just paid for the tasting only experience.

Frances was amazing!!! She explained everything very well and she had a fun personality!! Would def recommend her as a tour guide and would do it again!!

The experience was one of a kind, provided great insight to the history of Bacardi and insight of the use of each type of Bacardi. France made the experience extra memorable.

Classy tour with for tastings. Beautiful facility with a great view across the water to Old San Juan. Our guide Maria had the perfect personality and energy to keep us all engaged and informed. A visit to Puerto Rico must require this stop. One bit of advice for Bicardi - do not bury the safety information. Closed toe shoes are required for the tour, yet this warning is buried in the small print after the dislaimer about opting in/out of receiving Bicardi promotional material. So, tourists in relaxation mode in flip flops be forewarned. (We had to make an unexpected 15 minute run to Marshall’s for sneakers.) Also, Bicardi doesn’t expressly say they will check ID, so everyone bring your ID.

The suggested half hour arrival prior to tour time is so a customer can purchase drinks and sit in the heat and wait. Then the operator hadn't given us the required wristbands for the tour. Tour was fine, samples ample but unable to retreive the photo the guide took in the factory. No phones or any electronics allowed inside. Kinda gimicky so you can't take your own photos since there were not any sign of explosure posibility inside.
