Elke wijnmakerijtour stelt je in staat om het fascinerende verhaal achter Castel Mimi te ontdekken en enkele van de beste Moldavische wijnen te proeven. De rondleiding door de wijnmakerij omvat een boeiende wandeling door de kelders van het kasteel, de tuinen, de binnenplaats en het productiegebied van de wijnmakerij. De rondleiding door de wijnmakerij wordt afgesloten met begeleide wijnproeverijen die u een geweldige zintuiglijke ervaring zullen bezorgen. Op één na bevatten al onze tours ook een selectie van traditionele Moldavische, gastronomische gerechten. Concluderend kunnen we zeggen dat u een reis zult maken met een proeverij van geselecteerde wijnen bij een van de meest verfijnde wijnhuizen van het land - Castel Mimi. Onze weg naar het dorp Bulboaca duurt ongeveer 1 uur en 15 minuten. We bezoeken de Castle MIMI Winery. De rondleiding begint bij de ingang van de binnenplaats van het kasteel, die prachtig is versierd met gazons, decoratieve struiken, doolhoven, wijnvaten die als decoratie worden gebruikt, een muzikale fontein die van kleur verandert en uit de vloer gutst. Daarna bezoekt u de historische wijnkelders, het wijnproductiegebied en de middeleeuwse tuin en het heggendoolhof. Tijd voor wijnproeverijen. Je moet 5 geweldige Castel Mimi-wijnen proeven. Proef ook 7 traditionele Moldavische en gastronomische hapjes: gravlax-zalm met zwart brood, tomme-kaas handgemaakt met peer, paté met amandel-roggecracker, mozzarella met cherrytomaatjes en olijven en rosbief met wijnsaus. De weg terug naar Chisinau duurt ongeveer 1 uur.

When I first booked, the lack of communication bothered me. It did get better and the driver to the actual tour site was very good.

A great trip. I was collected from my hotel in central Chisinau. My driver and guide was excellent: he was very knowledgable about Molvova, and so the journey to Castle Mimi was very enjoyable. It is really important to have guides who know the local scene, and my driver was excellent. Castle Mimi is a great destination visit if you are interested in wine. Because of local circumstances, I had a personal tour around the winery, and it finished with a tasting of five wines. All round an excellent experience.

Good tour. Slava was my guide. Spoke very good English. He was knowledgeable about touristy things (dates, facts, etc) but also open to share about life in Moldova. He was also a safe and attentive driver. The tour at MIMI was given by an employee of the winery. Very polished. Good wines paired with interesting snacks. Recommend going when warmer to enjoy the fountain (closed over the winter) and outdoor areas.
This tour was amazing experience with Slava, he showed us all the iconic places from Chisinau, walking around telling us all the historic moments of each place. Finishing the tour at the Castle Mimi winery, all the history behind this beautiful castle and finishing with a delicious tasting of 5 types of wine and different snacks perfect for each wine. We really enjoyed the experience and the car had heating in the seats, something, that for winter, we really appreciated it.
