• Thaise kooklessen gegeven door VJ, een ideale leeromgeving in huisstijl die verschilt van andere kooklessen en hotels die de cursussen aanbieden. • Bezoek de lokale markt. Thaise markten met al hun kleuren, geuren en geluiden geven je een authentieke kijk in een zeer interessant deel van de Thaise cultuur. Ook leer je over verschillende Thaise groenten en kruiden. • Leer de essentiële vaardigheden en technieken die u elke dag kunt gebruiken! Thais koken is heel eenvoudig en wordt in zeer eenvoudige stappen aangeleerd, zodat het voor u gemakkelijker is om thuis zelf te koken. • Maak je eigen currypasta helemaal opnieuw met behulp van vijzel en stamper (geen MSG en koop geen kant-en-klare producten van de markt)Ook als onderdeel van onze kookkunst • Leer hoe u vanaf het begin enkele van de meest bekende favoriete Thaise 3-4 gerechten kunt maken. Je krijgt een zeer algemene kennis van de Thaise keuken en dineert na de les op je creaties.

• We kiezen alleen uit Kata, Karon, Patong en Rawai voor 2 personen en meer. We halen niet op in een ander gebied. Hoewel er 2 klanten zijn, moeten deze zelf naar de locatie komen. • Zorg ervoor dat u uw gids ten minste 10 minuten voor de geplande ophaaltijd in de lobby van uw hotel ontmoet • Als u meer dan 10 minuten te laat arriveert of nadat we uw hotel hebben verlaten, wordt u mogelijk beschouwd als een no-show

Very authentic cooking class. At the market, the guide explains everything about local fruit, fish or similar. We cooked 4 dishes and to everything was told something in very good English. You get very full and the food is a 10 out of 10. It is very clean and drinks are also provided at all times. Highly recommended!

Fantastic authentic cooking from making a paste to cooking. We cooked 5 dishes from scratch. A great trip all around with a great atmosphere and learning experience

This classes exceeded my expectations! Starting off with the market tour was a great treat. I was able to bring back some of the ingredients home and I couldn’t be any happier. We made 4 dishes with the help and guidance of our instructors and received the recipes for our dishes right after. One of my favorite experiences I booked in Phuket!
My daughter (20’s) and I booked for the cooking element, without the market tour and had a thoroughly enjoyable couple of hours cooking traditional dishes. The class is well organised so that you get the most from your time and we prepared 4 different dishes. It’s a nice touch that VJ sends you the recipes after the class. Having prepared and eaten delicious food, my only regret was having breakfast that morning! I would definitely recommend this class.
If you love Thai food, take this class!! VJ does an amazing job! She is friendly, has a great sense of humor, and her instructions were easy to follow while keeping the class fun and enjoyable. Her staff are very helpful and attentive. The kitchen is clean, bright, well-equipped, and all the ingredients were perfectly organized for us to prepare. The food all tasted amazing and we even had enough to bring some leftovers home for later! We cannot wait to cook the recipes again when we get back home. The class was educational, a great value for the cost, and overall a wonderful experience! Highly recommend.
Absolutely amazing!! We really loved doing a Thai cooking class. VJ was so clear and informative, with a lot of humour as well. We did 4 different recipes, all to eat - we didn’t expect to be doing so many. They’re super helpful if you’re stuck and VJ explains every step of the process so clearly. Her English is amazing as well, we learnt so much - not only about Thai food but the culture that surrounds it as well. They also offer pick up and drop off to your hotel which was great. Really recommend!
Fantastic experience and lots of fun visiting a market with Chef VJ. back to the kitchen and we were taught to cook about 4 authentic Thai dishes. A wonderful trip to go on as you will learn and take away knowledge of cooking in Thailand. Thank you VJ and staff
My husband surprised me with a cooking class while we were visiting Phuket. I was picked up at our hotel by a wonderful gentleman and taken to the cooking class location, the location was very comfortable and very welcoming. We began the class with very clear and simple instruction, we cooked four different dishes…I COULD’NT BELIEVE I actually had successfully cooked such delicious Thai dishes! The class was such an AMAZING experience, I highly recommend this class. VJ was very helpful, patient and professional in teaching (explaining) us the different techniques, spices and what we need to be able to cook the dishes when at home.
