- Alle passagiers 2 jaar en ouder dienen fast track vooraf te betalen. als er extra passagiers aankomen en er niet rekening mee wordt gehouden, wordt dit geannuleerd zonder restitutie.
- Voor vertrek fast track, kunt u uw gegevens invoeren onder "Aankomst vlucht en tijd", zoals het reserveringsteam dit zal zien en opnieuw met u bevestigen
- Voor Fast Track Aankomst van 00.00 - 05.59 uur geldt een toeslag van 500 Baht per persoon, minimaal 2 personen
- Voor Fast Track Vertrek met Premium Lounge van 00.00 - 05.59 uur geldt een toeslag van 1300 Baht per persoon, minimaal 2 personen
- Vluchtvertragingen - Als uw vlucht vertraagd is, hoeft u ons niet op de hoogte te stellen. Onze luchthavengids wordt geïnformeerd, omdat we vluchtschema's actief in de gaten houden.
- Vluchtwijzigingen - Als uw vluchtnummer verandert, gelieve ons dan minstens 6 uur voor uw oorspronkelijk geplande aankomsttijd op de hoogte te stellen, zodat we het schema van uw Gids kunnen bijwerken. Houd er rekening mee dat vanwege privacyvoorschriften luchtvaartmaatschappijen ons niet zullen informeren over wijzigingen in uw reisschema; het is de verantwoordelijkheid van de passagier om ons rechtstreeks op de hoogte te stellen om ervoor te zorgen dat uw service wordt geleverd.
- Houd er rekening mee dat alle reizigers de aankomstkaart (TDA) minstens 3 dagen voor aankomst online moeten invullen. Als u het vergeet, helpt onze Gids u graag bij het invullen van de TDA bij aankomst, net voordat u het fast track-gebied betreedt.
- Mandarijn taal is op aanvraag, maar vanwege beperkt personeel kan niet worden gegarandeerd.

Highly recommend. Worth the money. Was met off the plane with a clear sign with my name. They escorted me past everyone else in immigration/customs to a priority/fast track lane. I was the first one there. They help you collect the luggage, mine was the 4th bag on the carousel. Unsure if they fast track offloading your baggage as part of the service. I was in my hotel car about within about 20 mins of disembarking.

Gem of a service! Although my flight was less than 2 hours, it was important that I start my holiday immediately since I'm in Phuket for only 3 days. I made a mistake of choosing fast track departure instead of arrival (that's how much I needed a break) and the customer service personnel was sharp to notice the discrepancy in flight detail and alerted me immediately. The error was swiftly rectified (thanks so much). The coral lounge is easy to locate - just right in front of the immigration queue. It was easy to spot my name and the service staff was highly efficient...so efficient that I didn't get a chance to ask for her name to thank her in this review. The queue was surprisingly short but I had no regret because I could start my holiday with assurance that I will not be stuck in a long queue (I waited in a 45-min queue at my previous Phuket holiday). Highly recommended!

If I could give a 0 I would!!! The absolute worst service ever. A waste of money and I wish I could dispute the service. I arrived at the meeting point. No greeting no conversation. The agent pointed to a piece of paper on the wall and asked if that was my name. I replied yes. He then shoves a piece of paper at me and asks me to sign it. Then he says follow me and damn near leaves me behind to catch up. He points at a booth for me to go to and then he disappears. He didn’t advise where’s to pickup luggage no nothing. I had to figure everything out on my own. $60 thrown down the drain

As explicitly stated on our website and in your confirmation voucher sent on June 3rd, the Standard tier does not include a gate meet-and-greet or luggage assistance. Guests are required to walk to our designated airport counter to meet their guide. Gate meet-and-greets, luggage assistance etc are strictly exclusive to our VIP Fast-Track Service. The Guide Interaction: Our staff did not shove paperwork at you; our coordinator was verifying your identity to ensure the correct passenger was being served. Our records show that you verified your details and signed the service completion voucher. Service Delivery: Despite your initial misunderstanding regarding the meeting point, our guide successfully escorted you through the fast-track immigration lane, fulfilling the exact service that was booked and paid for. We pride ourselves on transparency, and all tier inclusions are clearly outlined prior to booking. Absolutely worth the expense! No waiting to clear immigration (compared to an hour even in off season). Helped with luggage, passports, customs, etc. Very friendly & professional staff. I can not say enough positives about this! Highly recommend.

Everything was expected apart from a slight wait at the Immigration counter. Film did an excellent job trying to clear the que at Immigration.

Our rep was waiting with us as soon as we got out the tunnel with a clearly marked sign. He took us straight past a HUGE queue and we had cleared immigration within 3 mins. It is quite sn expensive service, but definitely worth it after 15hrs of travelling. Our rep was polite, professional and helpful. He then took us out straight to our pre booked taxi and loaded our luggage for us. A lovely young man. Excellent service.
