Terug naar Joegoslavië Private City Tour in Old-Timer Yugo Car

Beschrijving

Antonija gave us a personalized tour of Zagreb in her prized well maintained red Yugo. While driving she described the city's landmaks including the cemetery and socialist era massive apartment buildings. A very enjoyable and informative tour, highly recommended
The most interesting tour I have done so far in all my trips! The previous 5-star ratings led me to book this tour and I am so happy I did!! You get to discover a time in Croatia that is off the guidebooks, learnings about the mentality and architecture during Yugoslavian period, on a very fun way and driving a retro car, the Yugo! Teo did a fantastic job and the two hours flew by. He dropped us at a great restaurant, which was a great recommendation! Don't leave Zagreb without doing this tour.
The trip was so interesting and the tour guide was great. He took his time to visit the different areas and explain what took place years ago
We had a great day with Theo. As somebody who used to live in Yugoslavia, we remembered a lot but also find out a lot of new stuf to
Our recent Yugo + Socialist City Tour in Zagreb, led by the exceptional local guide Teo, was the absolute highlight of our trip. From start to finish, the tour exceeded our expectations, and we cannot express enough how much we loved this experience. The private tour format made the entire experience feel intimate and personalized. This was the best tour to get acclimated to the city! The Yugo was fun - and like new - and it was just a great experience all around! Would definitely not miss!
Had a brilliant few hours with Teo while he drove us around in an old Yugo while telling us about some of the history from the old Yugoslavia and communism. Would fully recommend this insightful tour.
Hi Mark! Thank you very much! Hope to see you again on one of our other adventures! 😎 Antonija&Teo
Teo provided a unique and interesting view of how people lived during the communist times. His knowledge of the history was amazing and the Yugo was awesome. He went above and beyond.
We did a tour called 'Yugo and the Socialist city'. Our guide was Teo and he was really excellent, lots of engaging information about the old Yugoslavia days.
Teo’s positivity and enthusiasm for his country’s history was fantastic. He came prepared with visual aids to explain the city. We had no idea of the history of Croatia but Teo was thorough and descriptive in explaining it to us. We learned what it was like to live under communist rule – how the housing was built, jobs, infrastructure, etc. He even treated us to some candy from that time period. We felt completely safe in his hands and learned to appreciate what that time was like. Would recommend.
