Tenerife hoogtepunten dagtour

This was a full day island tour including the beautiful Mount Teide which we all thoroughly enjoyed. We had the opportunity to see some breathtaking views, hear all about the history of the island and see some very quaint villages. Lunch was not provided, however the tour guide recommended a restuarant for us which was 3 course and an alcoholic drink for €20 each which was beautiful food and a good price. You also could have bought your own packed lunch or picked something else up to eat at one of the shops. The only issue we had is our pickup time was listed as 8am and we were not told that the time for pickup was actually 7:10am. Had we have not been ready we would have missed this tour, due to the lack of communication from the tour provider. There were other people that ended up missing the tour due to the confusion. I would therefore encourage anyone booking this trip to make contact with the provider beforehand to ensure the pickup time is known as you obviously cannot reply on the time stated on the booking.

The intention is positive but is too ambitious in my view. There are just too many stops which means there's too little time at each. Everything seems rushed and frankly it's exhausting. Some of the stops could be removed altogether without affecting the experience. For example the stop at the Canarian products shop was a waste of time - I only saw a couple of people actually buy anything. I suspect that this was sponsored' i.e. the tour guide receives a commission for any sales made. Like wise the lunch venue which was heavily promoted with no mention that other places were available. And the pace of the lunch was extraordinary, people were literally being rushed through as the next coachload were about to arrive. To be honest I felt taken advantage of on this tour - it felt more like a carefully planned sales operation than a genuine tourist experience.

The excursion was great, we were able to discover several corners of Tenerife in 1 day, such as Teide and Masca. The landscapes were magnificent! The excursion would not have been the same without Christophe, a super friendly guide who gives us lots of information about the island. For the price of the excursion I recommend it 100%, unbeatable!

We had an amazing 7-hour private Jeep tour with a customized itinerary, and it was such a great experience from start to finish! We visited Teide National Park, Garachico, Icod de los Vinos, and several other beautiful places and stunning viewpoints along the way. The itinerary was perfectly adapted to what we wanted to see, and we got to discover so many incredible landscapes. Our guide was absolutely fantastic — very knowledgeable, funny, and with excellent English. We learned so much throughout the day while having a lot of fun along the way. He really made the experience special! Big shout-out to Frankie!! 🙌 We highly recommend this tour — an unforgettable way to discover Tenerife!

Before our holiday we pre-booked the Teide National Park full day tour with pick up from our hotel in Las Galletas. Less than 24hrs before we were due to start this trip we recieved an email to say it was cancelled! We were very disappointed as this was going to be the main trip during our visit. It was near the end of our holiday and they were'nt able to offer another date or helpful in trying to transfer to another tour - unreliable and unhelpful!! Would not recommend...

A day tour that is worthwhile and very well organized. The tour guide Thomas speaks fluent German, English and French and told us a lot of interesting things about Tenerife. The places visited were well selected, you get a first overview and desire to discover even more worth seeing.

This experience with the volcano in the morning ,my ears popped, ate authentic foods for lunch 3 courses for 18E. Then back up in the mountains after lunch! The villages in between are unique to Tenerife culture not seen in the tourist track. The skills of the bus drivers on the winding roads was an unexpected THRILL! It's not all about the beaches! Become one, explore the natural beauty of the islands terrain!

Practically the whole day by bus for stops of one hour / twenty minutes. The only valid thing is Teide but in an hour you see very little and they are not waiting for you. Forced to eat in a terrible restaurant they threw us into. Iquod de los Vinos “you see the tree is over there” because the guide was more busy making you give the unsolicited and unwanted tasting (at least that we managed to avoid). Here in general they drive buses as you sail the ocean but on the way to Masca it was really impossible, an automatic gear bus thrown down the curves. Go to Teide alone and avoid wasting a day on the bus. The guide Christopher when he understood that we were Italians never spoke to us again; indeed, he clearly spoke with us in German and French to others (I understand little but I understand). AVOID WASTING MONEY

We really liked it, Laura, the guide is a love and very competent MANOLO driver. All very well explained in all detail.. What I may have liked less, is to cross the port of Teno to reach Masca and continue from there to Santiago del Teide.. that part if you have vertigo better not look towards the cliffs! But our driver’s experience has returned us to the starting point without problems 👏👏

We absolutely loved this trip! The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly and the bus driver was very good. The roads in the mountains were challenging, but our bus driver navigated them with ease. Make sure to have good footwear on and a hoodie you can put on when you're in the mountains as the temperature difference can be quite drastic.
