Een boottocht die je een onvergetelijke ervaring zal bezorgen waarmee je deze kolossale en elegante walvisachtigen zult aanschouwen, terwijl ze naar bakboord en stuurboord van de boot varen, over het water springend en zwemmend op het ritme van de golven. Bij ons garanderen we dat u walvisachtigen op de meest ecologische en geschikte manier kunt zien, aangezien u de diepe wateren van de Atlantische Oceaan betreedt in een boot met het prestige van Blauwe Vlag. De definitieve fusie van luxe met het ecologische gebouwd in 2018 speciaal voor walvissen spotten met de propellers beschermd in de romp met respect voor het milieu en de zeefauna. Dankzij het feit dat onze boot een prachtige achtersteven heeft om te kunnen zwemmen en te genieten van onze kusten en dat je uiteindelijk ontspant met onze excursie. Van begin tot eind een fascinerende activiteit zijn.

The worst experience ever. I never get to comment if there is no bad service. But this time it was very disrespectful. We were at the right stop 17' before and there was no one to help us. Of course our first time in the island we didn't know who to ask there to help us. Then a lady there, told us to follow a blue line and we arrived at the back side of the port. We suddenly where in the middle of nowhere. All this time I was texting the support, that they theroticaly have, asking for help for someone to tell us where is the exact ship, and I never got any respond. Not even after. We kept asking random people, because of course the company ecoyacht never respond. Finally a random person there, told us we should go back to the point we first were. Then we made it behind some bars, in front of the ship and we asked " is the ecoyacht here?" And some people just nod showing a gesture with their hands to do the circle. Once we made the circle (in one minute) running all this time, a person behind the bars just told us the ship has just left. This was so humiliating. It's like they were fooling us. Obviously we never got a refund. They are a scam. Of course the next day we found some other company to go for whale watching and they were very helpful with all the process. Never choose ecoyacht if you are not a native!

Saw multiple pilot whales, dolphins and 1 turtle. Swam off the back of the boat. Great time with kids.
Lovely whale watching tour with a well timed swim stop. We found that it was the perfect duration as we saw pilot whales, bottle nosed dolphins and a turtle. All staff were lovely and very helpful including giving further information on all of the animals we saw. Staff were also very respectful of the animals. All of this, was paired with lovely views of the island including mt Teide. Overall, a great trip.
Horrible customer service I would avoid. We walked for 40 minutes , was at the meeting point on time. (30 minutes before hand)I was told they would recommend that my son should not travel as it was too choppy for smaller kids to travel. They said they wouldn’t stop us but they wouldn’t recommend as may be ill. They should have advised people of this earlier that morning travelling with young kids. I was in a group of 21. I asked them for a refund based on their recommendation they initially said I could swap for another day which was then not possible because of the other 19 travelling. So they said a refund was possible and sent me to their office. The girl working in there was horrible and just laughed at me. They said they never said I could get a refund ( which they did why would they direct me to the office to get it if that was never said ) they just wanted to get me away from the boat to lock the gate. After I had an argument with the girl who kept laughing and was extremely rude they said I only had an option to get on the boat but no refund or transfer for another day. I would not recommend.
Señora, la excursión era segura y solo se hizo un aviso del estado de la mar. En esta zona del mundo, el mar y el clima pueden cambiar en poco tiempo. Usted reservó a través de una plataforma y es por ahí por donde debe solicitar el reembolso, que por cierto, aún está a tiempo de hacerlo, por que no lo ha hecho, sólo se ha dedicado a dejarnos malas reseñas por todos lados. Debería agradecer que le avisemos del estado del mar y que le demos la opción, si usted quería, de cambiar o reembolsar. En cuanto a la persona del punto de venta, solo tengo que decir que la grosera no fue ella, de hecho usted se puso hasta a grabarla, ¿no?
Just as described. We were able to see little whales, dolphins, a huge turtle, and a hammerhead shark (the fin hehehe). I want to highlight the professionalism of the boat monitors and their excellent attention to the passengers.

Amazing trip to book! Lovely staff and it was amazing to see dolphins in the first 5 minutes. Great swimming stop aswell! Would definitely recommend for people of all ages x
