Our guide Sebastian enhanced the experience of exploring the beautiful cenotes. The layout and flow of was exceptional as it made it feel as though we had the whole park to ourselves. The experience was topped off with some exquisite authentic Mexican cuisine.
This tour is definitely one of the best that can be booked, the place is beautiful, the guides are very friendly and conscious of the ecosystem, the members of the community as well, who welcome you with a delicious wood-fired meal, the guide Javier was in charge of making this, one of the best experiences I have had in ecotourism, do not miss it!
Amazing experience, the tour was very organized, park and facilities were clean, attractions were fun, equipment in great shape and the tour guide Javier Mex and staff were super friendly, helpful and gave us a very detail description of the culture, jungle details, area etc. The 5 cenotes were beautiful and the food was delicious and made by the people in the town. Overall a 10 out of 10 .
This was an amazing trip - so glad we did it. We are not the most adventurous family and it was the perfect amount for us (2 kids ages 9 and 11). You could take or leave anything that was offered to you (One of our kids didn't want to do the zip lining so she walked with the tour guide to meet us at the canoes). It wasn't a tourist trap which we loved. Felt very remote and untouched - just how the Mayan people want to keep it! tiny little gift shop run by the Mayans just by the lunch portion of the day. It was only us at each cenote until the next group so felt very remote and private. There was a photographer (Hi Gasper!!!) that joined our group to take photos and they were optional to purchase at the end. They were spectacular and very well priced. They uploaded them immediately to our phone and also provided us with a thumb drive. Things I wanted to know before we went: You shouldn't wear any sunscreen even though they say wear reef safe. (wear a rash guard instead if you need one but you are in the shade for the majority of the trip) You carry your bag from cenote to cenote and just leave it in a cubby while your explore/swim. You don't need a towel (you dry just walking to the next cenote) but bring one if you want one. We wore sandals and that was fine. Bring bug spray for the small hikes through the jungle. There are no crocodiles in these particular cenotes (we were worried beforehand!)
First class dive shop. Professional, flexible, nice facility/equipment. Julio is the best guide ever
Agua Clara provided a first-class experience, and Beto was the absolute best. He was highly knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and professional. This tour was one of the most captivating experiences I've had to date. The booking was simple, organized, and prompt, making it a seamless morning. Each cenote differed from the others with its unique characteristics and beauty. Beto provided us with information we would not have known throughout the tour, making this a perfect experience. Thank you, Agua Clara and Beto; I can't wait to return soon!
The best excursion I’ve ever done. Pamela was incredible and so knowledgeable. Carlos got us to and from our location safely. Loved every minute of our day. We did zip lines, swam in cenotes, ate amazing authentic Mayan food. It was just perfect.

Hola, Thanks for the review!!! We are happy that you enjoyed the Tour!!
We have been coming to Quintana Roo for many years and done a whole lot. This is by far one of the best tours we've experienced. Our tour guide, Alberto "Betto", was absolutely fantastic. He made the whole experience fun, informative and educational, while also being extremely personable. Each of the cenotes (4) in this park have very unique features and you get access to them all. Getting to swim was incredible in and of itself, but the hiking, zip lining, canoeing and snorkeling made it an experience not soon to forget. Spending time in the fresh water is not only refreshing, but majestic. I greatly appreciate the care and consideration that the Mayan people have put into taking care of the environment within the park and toward maintaining the natural ecological systems. This was a very special tour experience and we will definitely come back here. Next time want to try the scuba-diving with our new friend, Betto!!

So much fun! We had a wonderful experience exploring cenotes, diving, jumping, ziplining, canoeing, and snorkeling! Alberto was a wonderful guide who made it a lot of fun for us! He is very knowledgeable about the history and a great conversationalist! The lunch in the Mayan Village at the end was delicious!
