Ophalen en afzetten 1.1 U wordt opgehaald en afgezet bij uw hotelaccommodatie (hetzelfde hotel). 1.2 De genoemde prijs is gebaseerd op ophaal- en afleverlocaties in Taipei City/New Taipei City. Voor andere steden kan de prijs variëren. Neem contact op met onze klantenservice om de bijgewerkte prijs te controleren. 1.3 Als uw tour vanaf de luchthaven start, kunnen er extra kosten voor de ophaalservice van de luchthaven in rekening worden gebracht. 2. Boekingsvereisten 2.1 Voor reserveringen die via TripAdvisor of Viator worden gemaakt, moeten de boekingen minimaal 72 uur voor de geplande tour of luchthavenophaalservice worden voltooid. 3. Reserveringen voor het hoogseizoen 3.1 Tijdens het hoogseizoen raden wij u aan om minimaal 72 uur van tevoren te reserveren, zodat we de beschikbaarheid kunnen garanderen. Voor boekingen die minder dan 72 uur voor aanvang van de tour worden gemaakt, kunnen wij geen garanties meer geven. Om uw gewenste tijdslot veilig te stellen, raden wij u aan om vroeg te boeken. 4. Rijhulp 4.1 Houd er rekening mee dat onze chauffeur over basisvaardigheden in het Engels beschikt. Om een vlotte communicatie tijdens uw dienst te garanderen, kan indien nodig een vertaalhulpmiddel of -apparaat worden gebruikt. 5. Insluitingen en uitsluitingen 5.1 De genoemde prijs omvat de huurauto met chauffeur, brandstof, tolgelden, parkeerkosten en de maaltijden voor de chauffeur. 5.2 Houd er rekening mee dat maaltijden voor de klant en entreegelden voor attracties niet bij de vermelde prijs zijn inbegrepen. Book a charter with a taxi driver. I told them in advance where I wanted to go and they drove around. We were very grateful to you for making some sudden changes and making reservations at the store along the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Private Taipei Tour with Mr. Chung We had a wonderful private Taipei tour with Mr. Chung. He was very friendly, professional, and enthusiastic throughout the entire trip. He shared interesting information about the local culture and attractions, making our experience even more enjoyable. My teenagers especially enjoyed the tour. Definitely easy to set up with WhatsApp, our driver was actually waiting for us! Our flight landed early and we were quickly through immigration. We had added an hour on to our landing time, just to get through immigration since we only had carryon luggage. Our driver was very pleasant and actually surpassed my expectations because, I thought we might need to wait.

This was a great service. They communicated with me and were flexible as my flight got delayed by 3 hours. They were able to accommodate the delay so I didn't have to spend all that time at the airport.

This review is based primarily on the driver. The initial booking and communication from the company was great. They messaged me and gave me instructions when arriving at the airport and even put me in contact with the driver. However, on the day of arrival, the driver was late and not prepared. We had a group of 8 with 10 luggages. We made sure the luggages did not exceed the maximum size and count, as per the company’s communication with me. When the driver arrived, the trunk of the van had a car seat in the back which took up valuable space and made it difficult to fit all the luggages. I am not sure why a car seat would be there when I booked the booking for 8 adults. This just shows the lack of preparation. As instructed, I messaged the driver every step upon arrival at the airport, letting them know when we landed, when we were through immigration, when we were at baggage claim, and when we exited. It seemed like all of these updates did not matter because I expected the driver to be ready by the time we walked out. I thought the driver would be holding a sign with our name but that did not happen. Instead, we waited outside in the frigid cold for about 12 minutes for him to finally arrive. Even when he arrived, the driver was not warm or welcoming at all. The van was also pretty tight but understandably, I think that’s how all their vans are. I would not recommend using this for more than 6 people.
