The driver was easy to find. As soon as I left baggage claim and headed out the door he had a sign with my name on it. The car was spacious. The driver got us to our destination safely.

A little chaotic in meeting the ride in a busy arrival area but overall a smooth and comfortable drive
Flight was delayed but driver was right there waiting for us. He was patient while we got cash and got us quickly to our hotel.
I I had a very disappointing experience with this taxi booking service in Taipei. I booked an airport pickup in advance, but when I arrived at the airport exit, there was no driver holding a sign with my name as expected. Since there was no airport Wi-Fi available where I was, I had no way to contact the driver or the company. As a result, I had to find and pay for another taxi to reach my destination. I later contacted customer service and requested a partial refund because the service I booked was not successfully provided. Unfortunately, my request was denied. This was a very unsuccessful and frustrating experience, especially for international travelers. If you do not have a local mobile phone number or reliable mobile data service, I would strongly recommend avoiding this service, as communication can become impossible when problems occur. Overall, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
Booked online from the US and from the time of booking to pickup everything was perfect. I recommend downloading whatsup app, send a message confirming to the number provided after booking. They immediately confirmed my request. As my plane landed the driver messaged me with clear easy details where to meet. Very simple and highly recommended. The driver was excellent on communication and I felt very safe.
Oliver our driver was extremely helpful with advice on tourist attractions and some history facts on Taipei/Tawain. He was an absolute gem of a driver.
