Stap aan boord van Kalbarri's enige riviercruise op de serene Murchison River. Na een veiligheidsbriefing reizen we 6 km stroomopwaarts (12 km heen en terug) naar het verste bevaarbare punt, waar we boeiend commentaar geven op de geschiedenis van de regio, de visindustrie en unieke wilde dieren. Ontspan en geniet van het landschap terwijl het landschap zich ontvouwt in open ruimtes en lage struiken, de thuisbasis van visarenden, wouwen, pelikanen, zilverreigers, zwarte zwanen en de majestueuze zeearenden. U kunt ook kangoeroes, emoes en geiten spotten langs de rivieroevers. De cruise beschikt over prachtige gekleurde rotsformaties en een smal kanaal bij Goat Island. Op ons keerpunt, Rocky Crossing, kunt u uw benen strekken voordat u teruggaat om te genieten van meer bezienswaardigheden, foto's en ontspanning. We eindigen bij de monding van de rivier waar de Murchison samenkomt met de Indische Oceaan, varend over een van de meest verraderlijke kanalen van WA. Kom aan boord en geniet van een 12 km lange retourcruise over de Murchison River. Leun achterover, ontspan en geniet van een gratis warm drankje terwijl u geniet van het prachtige landschap. Onderweg hoor je fascinerend commentaar over het gebied, spot je wilde dieren zoals kangoeroes, emoes, adelaars, haviken, vliegers en pelikanen en deel je een paar lachbuien met medepassagiers. We kunnen zelfs halverwege stoppen om de benen te strekken. Zorg ervoor dat je je camera klaarhoudt voor prachtige zonsondergangen en ruige landschappen die je de adem zullen benemen. Een bar met vergunning is beschikbaar aan boord voor uw gemak.

This was our third trip with Grant and Tracey on Kalbarri wilderness . We love going up the river in Kalbarri and each time has not disappointed. The Boat is comfortable with Toilet facilities. Grants Comantory is Wonderful. Knowledgeable but also very funny. We will do again next time we visit.

Absolutely amazing. Love how they stopped and you could get off and the kids could swim. Service was impeccable. Definitely a must do in kalbarri 😊

Everthing was easy to do and the experience itself was a lovely relaxing 2 hours to finish the day. The Captain and First Mate were a wealth of information with a bit of humour thrown in , loved it .
What an awesome experience, would give it more than 5 stars if that was possible. We did both a morning and evening cruise and both were delightful and different with the way the sun changed scenery and the wildlife we saw. Tracy and Grant were amazing hosts, full of knowledge about the area, hospitality was amazing and they made us feel like family. This gentle little trip is essential for getting the full Kalbarri experience. It would be very difficult to fully get your bearings and understand the Murchison River without travelling upstream. The operators are personable, friendly and knowledgeable and their love of the environment shines through. Thoroughly recommended.

This is my second time on a cruise with Tracey and Grant, and it was great! They both have amazing personalities for being friendly and helpful, and Grant gave a lot of information along the way. When it came to the sunset, Grant made sure to move the boat so each side could get a photo. I would highly recommend this to anyone. It is a great way to relax and unwind while learning about the area and seeing wildlife. I had to amend the booking to cancel one person, and Tracey was very helpful in cancelling it through Viator. Thanks, guys for another great cruise!
