Vaar langs de Murchison op de enige riviercruise van Kalbarri met vermakelijk en informatief commentaar. Ideaal voor iedereen die een rustige en ontspannende, op de natuur gebaseerde tour wil. De benedenloop is de thuisbasis van een aantal soorten vogels, waaronder visarenden, vliegers, pelikanen, zilverreigers, Australische schelpeenden, zwarte zwanen en onze lokale zeearenden met witte borst. Naast emoes worden vaak kangoeroes en geiten aan de oevers van de rivier gezien. De rivier kan soms 40 mm diep zijn met mul springen en kleine vissen. De cruise eindigt bij de Murchison River Mouth, een van de meest verraderlijke van WA. Het is indrukwekkend om het water te zien bewegen en boten door het kanaal te zien varen. **Let op:** Minimumaantallen zijn vereist om onze cruises te laten vertrekken, we nemen contact met u op als het minimumaantal niet wordt gehaald voor het opnieuw plannen of annuleren. Wij zijn kinderwagen- en rolstoelvriendelijk, gelieve dit tijdens het reserveren aan te geven.

If you want to relax, take in the beautiful Murchison River and be well informed about its history, facts and wildlife, look no further! Tracy and Grant are salt of the earth, kind and wonderful humans. It’s really obvious that they love what they do. All delivered with a smile and great sense of humour. Very enjoyable cruise on the Murchison River. The informative and entertaining commentary was delivered by a local who was passionate about his subject. Lots of birdlife on the river. We stopped off at Castle Rock. Highly recommend this tour.
Enjoyable and informative gentle cruise along the river Two guides Grant and Tracey are exceptionally hospitable and very knowledgeable of the birds and wildlife as we glided along - and a cuppa as well . Highly recommend
A relaxing and informative cruise with morning tea provided. Grant is a most knowledgeable local operator. Most suitable for mature age clients but also young ones.
Grant and Tracy were the perfect hosts and guides. Friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. We set off up the Murchison on time on a beautiful day. We saw many birds including a nesting whistling kite pair and chick (very exciting) as well as goats and kangaroos. We learnt about the fishing history of Kalbarri and about the Murchison Station. Coffee or tea with biscuits was served as we cruised gently. A stop for a stroll at castle rock before returning the river mouth where it meets the Indian Ocean. A delightful way to spend a couple of hours in Kalbarri.
We have been on this tour a few times now, and again it didn’t disappoint. What a fantastic morning, we loved every minute. Enjoy a cup of tea whilst cruising down the river listening to Grant and his stories, very knowledgeable and very funny. Thanks Tracy and Grant.

We thoroughly enjoyed this cruise. Grant provided a informative and often fun commentary about the area we saw as we cruised down the Murchison River. Both Grant and Tracy's friendliness, care and knowledge make this a relaxing, informative and very enjoyable time. Being able to get off the cruise for a short explore or in our case paddle our feet in the water was also a highlight.
