Sla de ochtendhitte over en ga met ons mee voor een ontspannende wandeling van 3 uur in de achterafstraatjes van Catania. Je lokale gids leidt je rond haar favoriete eetplekken om het traditionele straatvoedsel te proberen, zoals de gebakken cipollina, de paardengehaktballetjes, enkele smakelijke visrecepten en eindigt uiteindelijk met de verfrissende granita. Dit is een wandeltocht buiten de gebaande paden. Je zult voedsel proberen dat je bijna niet alleen zou vinden, zoals de superkrokante crispellas of de paardengehaktballen! Dit is de ideale ervaring voor avontuurlijke reizigers die de lokale cultuur willen ontdekken en toeristische dingen willen vermijden! Het lokale straatvoedsel bestaat uit snacks die in delicatessenwinkels worden geserveerd en met de hand worden gegeten. U krijgt kwaliteit en kwantiteit! NIET ALLEEN VOEDSEL! I received the tour as a surprise from my friends for my birthday and was thrilled! Giuseppe was a great guide and shared a lot of interesting information about the food and the city. The group size of 5 people was perfect. As a result, everything was very personal. What I particularly liked was that we tried a lot of things that I wouldn't order for myself, but are authentically Sicilian. And everything was absolutely delicious!! I can only recommend the tour. You get good food and drinks and learn about the city and culture.

We had a great food tour with our guide Giuseppe. With a great passion and knowledge, he showed us all of the food and historical highlights that Syracuse had to offer. Giuseppe seems to know all the hidden gems in the city; we visited many great places we would've never found on our own. Definitely worth it!

Wonderful tour! Even though it was raining a bit, our guide Allegra really did her best and told us all kinds of interesting facts and stories on the city and the food. The food was very nice too. Recommended!

This was a great way to get to know Catania. Our guide Alessandra was very knowledgeable and was able to pass on some interesting facts about the city with an obvious passion. The street food experience was great, being able to try different foods, even horse! (Which was lovely by the way).

good tour with an experienced guide and lots to sample and see. the food sample whilst good were a bit stodgy a better variety would have been better.
