Deze kleine groepsreis van Catania naar Taormina stelt u in staat om de beroemde bezienswaardigheden te bezoeken, zoals het Griekse theater, de kathedraal en een uitzicht op de Etna en de baai van Giardini Naxos. Bezoek is op eigen houtje. Gids geeft informatie over het voertuig en vervolgens vrije tijd voor het bezoek. Ga verder met een transfer naar de stad Castelmola en ga terug naar Catania naar het startpunt.

The driver/guide Bruno was more of driver and only provided limited information at the two locations we visited. 2 hours in Taormina well worth it but limted opportunities in Castelmola this visit should be reduced to 1 hour with 1 hour in the main town Catania.
Michael was funny and very informative. We enjoyed his commentary on Sicily's history and current information

Good, but AC in the bus was bad. Too hot! Good cities, tour guide had a lot of information. Maybe too much history and not enough of pointing out reference points as we drove. The
Toramina was our first stop and had a nice cup of cappuccino before the stores opened and made it through town to the theater 14euros and under 18 was free. Highly recommend the cannolis they fill in the booth. Our Driver did a stop before for nice pic of Mt Etna and did a nice job explaining the area. Went onto Castlemola for lunch and beautiful views.
Picked up at the port entrance, by helpful English speaking guide. Coach travel was excellent. Enough time given to see the beautiful towns. TIP: make your way through Taormina town to the Amphitheatre first to beat the crowds as queues can get long.
We were in a small group and our van driver was Michael "Corleone". He was an excellent historian and tour guide, giving us a plethora of knowledge about Taormina, Castelmola and Catania. They are all extremely beautiful cities and worth visiting, but Michael really made the tour top notch!
It was a wonderful experience with Michele. He was very helpful and shared a lot of great details. I liked the small group aspect, tailored to us and an only few others. Well done, Michele. Thank you, sir.
Michael (Michele) and his copilot Daniel made our trip memorable. He was very informative, provided us info on what to eat, and shared the symbolism of the town. He was also extremely funny and kept us entertained the entire time. I will be back to Sicily and will request him next time. Thanks again for the amazing trip.
