Wij heten u welkom om de echte smaken, kleuren en het ritme van Panama City te ontdekken op onze streetfood proeverij avontuur dat veel verder gaat dan restaurants. Dit is geen maaltijd om aan te zitten – het is een wandelervaring door de meest authentieke wijken van de stad, waar u de mensen achter de lokale keuken van Panama proeft, leert en met hen in contact komt. Begin bij de Seafood Market met drie soorten ceviche, verken vervolgens de San Felipe Neri Market om Afro-Caribische gerechten, tropische sappen, Geisha-koffie en warme sauzen te proeven. Ga verder langs de Avenida Central voor tamales en een bezoek aan een lokale bakkerij. Geniet in El Chorrillo van kokosvis, BBQ-kip, gerookte chorizo en escabechevis, geserveerd in degustatieporties. This tour is absolutely amazing. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very very kind. We felt the love that went into this tour with ever step we took!!! The food is delicious and you will leave full to the rim!!!! I can only say if you want to experience Panamá book this tour.

THIS TOUR WAS AMAZING!!! Jonathan and Elena (along with their team) took great care of the group. We sampled the best foods and juices for 5 hours!!! Money well spent!! They provided history and connection to the food scene of Panama. We visited several neighborhoods and sampled authentic ethnic foods of the county. We watched soccer practice, ate grilled chicken and chili dogs and got all the best details about where to shop and eat. This tour is PERFECT for someone moving to Panama or someone who wants to immerse themselves in the culture and food of the city. Jonathan, Elena and their team were professional and personable, they paid attention to details. They provided details about the food we ate and made accommodations for any food allergies. If you are visiting Panama for the first time or looking for good places to eat, THIS TOUR IS A MUST!
Wow!!! That's all I can say. I expected just a food tour but was pleasantly surprised to receive a piece of the history of the Afro-Panamanian story. The tour was interactive and full of robust foods and information. I highly suggest the tour. Wear comfortable shoes and be ready for a hearty walk through some of the less known neighborhoods.

This tour was amazing. The portions are small BUT there is ALOT of food. By the end of the tour I was stuffed! I loved the headsets that were provided. I never missed a single word of the tour. The guides were fun friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend booking this!
