Deze tour beslaat 23 mijl van St. Louis. Het zou dus het eerste moeten zijn dat je in St. Louis doet, dus als je klaar bent met de tour, kun je beslissen wat je misschien nog een keer wilt bezoeken. Deze tour geeft je niet alleen een kleurrijke beschrijving van de geschiedenis van St. Louis, maar geeft je ook veel keuzes over wat je zou willen doen tijdens een bezoek aan onze prachtige stad. We hebben iets voor alle leeftijden.

We zullen de prachtige boog zien met de bijnaam "The Gateway to the West".
Je ziet Busch Stadium, het 3e huis van de beroemde St. Louis Cardinals.
We gaan door Forest Park, een van de laatste parken ter wereld waar 95% van alles gratis is. Er zijn 2 golfbanen in het park en ze vragen een klein bedrag om de greens te spelen. Je ziet de St. Louis Zoo, de nummer één van het land, en de toegang is gratis. Je ziet ook de Muny Opera, die 1430 gratis zitplaatsen heeft bij elke uitvoering en het oudste openluchtamfitheater van het land is. Het kunstmuseum en het historisch museum zijn hier ook en hebben gratis toegang. Forest Park heeft nog veel meer te bieden.
Je ziet het prachtige St. Louis Art Museum en de beroemde "Art Hill", een van de beste rodelheuvels in de omgeving.
Je ziet de kathedraalbasiliek, de thuisbasis van de grootste verzameling mozaïeken ter wereld en stopt voor bezoekers om 5 minuten naar binnen te gaan en foto's te maken wanneer het schema van de kathedraal dit toelaat.
Union Station was begin 1900 het grootste treinstation ter wereld en passeerde dagelijks meer dan 100.000 passagiers. Het heeft het wiel dat meer dan 200 voet hoog is en dat je overal in St. Louis kunt berijden en zien Het heeft ook The Aquarium waar je doorheen kunt lopen en prachtige aquatische tentoonstellingen kunt zien.
Bijgenaamd de klimrek voor volwassenen, dit heeft voor elk wat wils. Alles wat de kinderen kunnen, kunnen de volwassenen ook. Je kunt klimmen, glijden en een geweldige tijd hebben in deze faciliteit.
Dit is het nieuwste stadion in St. Louis dat in 2023 is geopend. Het brengt voetbal naar onze stad en het is een prachtig stadion.
Dit is de thuisbasis van het beroemde St. Louis Blues Hockey-team. Het heeft ook veel concerten, basketbal en zelfs PBR-optredens.

This tour was a neat way to see the multiple neighborhoods of St. Louis that we likely would not have on our own. The guide seemed knowledgeable and discussed the history of the separate areas. We did not stop for a photo op at Cathedral Basilica as listed in the tour description. I would not recommend this tour for anyone with musculoskeletal issues, as this was a VERY bumpy ride throughout the city streets. We took our tour on the Charlotte trolley today.
This is a great tour. You learn about so many land marks and museums that you could visit. I wish I had done this tour first and not on my last day in St Louis. This tour made me realize I will have to come back to St Louis because there is so much more to see and do.
Trolley had no air conditioning and it was advertised that it did. Driver said his trolley broke down and the air in this one was slow It was 95 degrees. Very uncomfortable and driver was bored and monotonous
The guide said the road the the St. Louis Arch was closed and therefore we would not be visiting it. The guide was a really nice guy, seemed to be a well informed native, but he was very old with a very old voice that was very hard to understand.
Nice tour in an air conditioned trolly. Informative and the narrator / driver pointed out buildings and areas that we’d never see or find on our own. Great price for a 90 minute tour.
On a very hot day, it was a great way to see the city and to hear about history, etc.. We really enjoyed it. Our Driver was gracious and picked us up at parking lot close by the meeting place because we were traveling with disabled adults and couldn’t make the walk from the restaurant to the meeting place in time. Instead of letting 10 of us, miss our tour they were gracious enough to pick us up at the corner a few blocks away. Would highly recommend.
It's a good way to see the highlights of the city. I really wish it was a hop on-hop off bus to avoid driving to all the places.
Unfortunately my experience wasn’t great. I love trolley tours and have done a few already, but the biggest issue is that I couldn’t hear the guide on this trip. His volume was low, the trolley is quite noisy as it rattles along, the air conditioning unit loud, and sadly inconsiderate passengers talking the majority of the way. If the tour guide had asked even once whether we could hear him, that would have helped, but he didn’t. He started the tour and went on his merry way right through to the end. Didn’t really try to make connections. I believe this tour was supposed to stop briefly at the Basilica too for a photo opportunity, but it didn’t.
The driver was friendly and very informative. The trolley itself was a little round down and the AC was super noisy so it was a little hard to hear.
Fun day trip to St Louis and enjoyed the trolley tour. A PLETHORA of non-stop city info. Love it! Take the trolley.
