- We beginnen de tour net binnen de poorten van het Distillery District (55 Mill Street). Op de vertrektijd verschijnt uw verhulde gids om uw groep te begroeten.
Beschrijving
Met verhalen over gruwelijke ongelukken, de gevaarlijke wereld van het maken van whisky en de explosieve oorlog van 1812, zul je snel zien waarom het gebied bekend staat als een van de meest spookachtige plekken van Toronto. Ga met ons mee terwijl we door de geplaveide straten van het historische Distillery District en het gebied slenteren bij lantaarnlicht tijdens deze buitentour.

Young Centre for the Performing Arts
Het Young Centre for the Performing Arts is een theater in het Distillery District in het centrum van Toronto, Canada. Het is een gloednieuw theater gebouwd in 19e-eeuwse Victoriaanse industriële gebouwen. Het is de thuisbasis van de Soulpepper Theatre Company en de theaterschool van het George Brown College.
Zelfstandig theater gericht op opleidings- & jeugdprojecten in voormalig distilleerderijgebouw.
Mill Street Brewery
De brouwerij werd in december 2002 in Toronto opgericht door Steve Abrams, Jeff Cooper en Michael Duggan. Het is vernoemd naar de oorspronkelijke locatie op 55 Mill Street in het historische Distillery District, het voormalige industriële complex dat werd bewoond door de sterke drankmaker Gooderham en Worts.

Fun experience!
Carolyn was a wonderful guide. Friendly, accommodating, informative, and prompt. My wife and I enjoyed hearing the spooky stories and local history. Topping it off, the Distillery District was so cool and made the experience even more enjoyable.

Great tour!
Our tour guide, Lucy, was great! She shared stories that were compelling and also interacted with us to find out where people were traveling from and provided recommendations. It was interesting to hear about locals' experiences.

Distillery District Ghost Tour
We had such a great experience on the Distillery District Ghost Walk with Lucy! She was an absolutely fantastic guide—friendly, engaging, knowledgeable, and a wonderful storyteller. She really knew how to build suspense and bring the history and ghost stories of the Distillery District to life. I may have even caught a little something in one of the pictures I took.

Better if after dark
The guide was super cute, well spoken, and enthusiastic. I only rate the tour as average because her content was not that great. It could have used a bit more history and context vs just weird sightings. Also, 8:00pm in a festive area is not conducive for a good ghost tour. Hard to be scared with music, festive people partying etc. The tour would have been much better if it started closer to 9:00. Would not recommend 8:00pm or earlier to anyone!

Meghan was great. My wife and I had a fun time. Nice, creepy stories.
It’s not frightening. Just eerie stories with some historic information about the distillery area. Nice balance of history and creepiness.
