Car service was on time, the driver was very nice and very easy for us to get from the cruise to our hotel. My only complaint would be that the van was not very nice. For the price paid (which was quite high) was expecting a newer, cleaner car and a more first class experience. Will be looking for alternative services for that price point in the future.

There was confusion for the pick-up at Southampton Cruise Terminal. Driver said he was already on-site earlier than expected. Upon exiting the terminal, driver said he was actually 20 minutes away (it was 40). I think he resided in the vicinity and just came when called upon. He was frustrated in traffic and wasn't fully informed of the route, as he juggled two cell phones (eyes off the road) often during the ride. It was a Prius for the 2hrs journey into London.

Top notch transport from Southampton cruise port to downtown London hotel! Our driver, Gohar, was friendly and professional and they adapted to changes in our arrival time and even to the cruise terminal where we disembarked due to changes from the cruise line. An excellent experience and highly recommended!!!

Our family was so happy to have Mohammed as our driver to get us to our destination on time. He communicated with us so we knew the meeting point and went to great lengths to make our ride comfortable providing a bathroom stop and comfortable pillows.
