Our driver was waiting at the arrivals area. He was pleasant and drove safely.
Even though our flight was delayed two hours, our driver was still 50 minutes away when we exited customs with our luggage. We were on a tight timeframe and I had paid extra to have the driver meet us in the airport. I ended up having to pay for a taxi all the way to Southampton. I am in the process of trying to get my money back. We almost missed our cruise ship boarding because of this.
Easy, convenient, and reasonably priced. Driver arrived on time in a spacious vehicle. Would use again.
It worked out well that we were picked up at the airport at Heathrow. The ride to Southampton was pleasant and the driver helped us with our luggage.
We had a party of 6 with a large quantity of luggage. We reserved a 9 passenger van. Even though I verified with the provider that his van could accommodate everyone and our luggage, the driver showed up and was very concerned that we could not fit everything in and we would need another vehicle. Quite concerning as we were on our way to get on a cruise ship. In the end our driver Saif was able to find room for all 6 of us and our huge stack of luggage an we had a comfortable ride down to the Southampton Cruise port. Well done!

Excellent service . We missed our connecting flight which threw off our scheduled ride. I made a call to the driver and explained our situation. He was kind enough to reschedule our pick up time and day. Our driver was at the airport waiting for us. Our 2 hour drive was relaxing. Our driver was courteous.

Thought I purchased a sedan for 2 people with two medium size and one small carryon. Instead we got a large van. The van seats were extremely uncomfortable. Would have been fine for a 15-30 minutes ride but a 2-hour ride after being in an airplane for 11 hours was horrible. Driver was good, drove safely and got us there with the promised time frame.
