- Voertuigen zijn niet toegankelijk voor rolstoelgebruikers, maar zullen opvouwbare rolstoelen vervoeren, neem contact op met de lokale leverancier.

We booked a shuttle through Viator to take us from Southampton airport to the cruise port. We were expecting a driver from EC minibus but no one showed. Talked to a nice support person at Viator who booked us with another service, but by the time we got picked up it was 75 minutes later then I had scheduled.

To avoid any further delay to your journey, we promptly coordinated with a trusted third-party partner to ensure you were still picked up and taken to the cruise terminal. Please rest assured that the replacement vehicle and driver were arranged and authorised through EC Minibus directly. While the driver may have come from a different fleet, the service was still fully managed by our team behind the scenes. We completely understand the stress and disruption a delay like this can cause, especially on a travel day, and we truly regret that your experience did not reflect the level of reliability and service we strive to provide every time. They were punctual, friendly and communicative with us because our flight was delayed from Amsterdam to Southampton. We arranged for them to drive us the next day from our hotel to the Southampton cruise terminal. That trip was also excellent! Cars also held a lot of luggage.
The best part about the ride was that our driver contacted us while we were at the airport to confirm he would be there. We have had some not great experiences with airport rides from Viator in other countries, but this was the exact opposite. When our flight was delayed, I was able to o let him know so that he could better judge when to be there. After this experience, I'm totally willing to keep using Viator for all my airport ride needs!
The driver, Krystain, is very professional abs attentive. Would use the services again if in Southampton.
