Skaftafell : Blauwe ijsgletsjerwandeling op Vatnajökull

This was a fantastic experience where we had the opportunity to hike and explore one of the outlets of Vatnajökull. We were provided with crampons, an ice axe, and helmets for the hike. Our guide, Maria, gave us clear instructions along the way, from the meeting point to the start of the glacier hike. She was very kind and attentive throughout the entire experience. On the way back, my wife had some trouble keeping up, and Maria noticed right away. She stayed with her and walked alongside her all the way to the end of the hike, which we really appreciated. Throughout the hike, Maria shared interesting information about Vatnajökull and glaciers in general, making the experience both enjoyable and educational. We explored the glacier for almost two hours, and it was an incredible experience. I definitely recommend this tour!

Our glacier hike in Iceland was absolutely incredible, and Fraser made the experience truly unforgettable. He was such a genuine, knowledgeable guide who clearly loves what he does. We all had an absolute blast exploring the ice with him. I honestly couldn't recommend this tour more!

Fantastic experience, the best excursion in Iceland, competitive prices compared to other much more "touristy" and less fascinating experiences. It is a bit of a struggle to get all the way up, but it is absolutely worth it.

Arctic Adventures Glacier Hike was great! Our group of 15 was led by our guide Jamie, from Scotland, who was very accommodating to our groups desires! He was very informative about the glacier and how crevasses and holes were formed and how quickly the glaciers are receding. Felt very safe in our helmet, ice ax, and crampons! It has been extremely nice and unique. The group leader was incredibly professional and gave a sense of safety. She explained a lot during the trekking.

This is an amazing tour! Our guide was incredible and took us to as many spots on the glacier as possible. It’s the perfect length of time and everything is organized perfectly. Would definitely recommend!

What an amazing experience! Our guide Martina was excellent and such a sweet soul. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the glacier. It is taxing and we were tired at the end. But it was worth it!
