Start je hotel vanuit kandy en rijd naar sigiriya. onderweg laten we je mathale hindoe tempel foto's zien die je kunt hebben, / kruiden en kruiden tuin / volgende bezoek aan dambulla grot tempel / later onze volgende plaats is sigiriya rock . Na afloop van onze missie rijden we terug naar Kandy, OVER DAMBULLA CAVE TEMPLE - Dambulla Cave Temple, ook bekend als de Gouden Tempel van Dambulla, heeft een rijke geschiedenis die teruggaat tot de 1e eeuw voor Christus. IT is het best bewaarde en meest uitgebreide grottempelcomplex in Sri Lanka, met een aanzienlijk religieus en historisch belang. OVER SIGIRIYA ROCK - Sigiriya, ook bekend als Lion Rock, is een UNESCO Werelderfgoed en een oud fort in Sri Lanka bekend om zijn indrukwekkende architectuur, geavanceerde stedenbouw en prachtige fresco's. IT werd gebouwd door koning Kashyapa in de 5e eeuw na Christus en wordt beschouwd als een van de best bewaarde voorbeelden van oude stedenbouw in de wereld

Wooh.. what amazing tour..🙏 we booked the 8 day trip hoping to experience culture , witness the beauty of Sri Lanka and of course see some if native wildlife, we were not disappointed. Despite having a short amout of time we were able to enjoy multitude of activities from jeep safari spotting leopard,bears and of course the iconic elephant . To climbing breathtaking Sigiriya Rock to gazing upon the stunning views onthe trai ride to the charming town of Ella... We have made memories that we will never forget such as spotting whales coast of Mirissa and releasing baby turtles into the ocean on the beaches of Bentota.None of this would have been possible without our amazing guide Manju. He added so much to our time in Sri Lanka,shearing his extensive knowledge about culture ,history , and wildlife but also somehow managing to get us front row seats ,and queue jumps wherever we want. Manju went above and beyond with his positive and friendly manner and i can honestly say he felt like part if the family( I actually cried when we parted ways)Thank you so much Manju and THE VISIT SRI LANKA TOURS for making our trip so perfect ❤️🙏

Manju was a wonderful tour guide for our day trip to Sigiriya and Kandy. We had changed our itinerary a few times but he was very kind and accommodating for our trip. He's awesome, very easy to get along with and speaks great English. We would recommend him to anyone seeking a tour of Sri Lanka as he can customize your itinerary if you're looking for something specific 🙂

Brilliant day out. Picked us up from our Hotel and drove us to the Dambulla Cave Temple, showed us exactly where to go and where to get tickets. Then we went to Lions Rock, again showed us to get tickets and where to go. On the drive there and back Manju even stopped off so we could take photos. We had big bottles of water each which was a great need after climbing Lions Rock!! On the way back to the Hotel we stopped off for lunch, it was fantastic!! Local home cooked food and even fresh mango for dessert. 10/10 experience. The best day out so far on our trip.

Incredible 1 day trip from Kandy to the time of Dambulla and Sigiriya (two amazing sites) with a spectacular driver. Always super friendly and super helpful. Travel calm and quiet and always well disposed that, upon request, was changed without problems. The driver helped us reorganize the trip program and we were able to take an afternoon safari and see elephants in the national park of Kaudulla. Indeed fantastic; a great experience. Top! I highly recommend!

Everything was perfect! We had a dream day! The driver was really nice and included an extra activity to the Kaudulla rNational Park, because we would not have a chance to make a safari before living home. He was really thoughtful! We had an amazing meal at midday ! We went back to the hotel in the end of the day we our hearts full of joy. Thank you for this beautiful experience

We booked a day trip to Sigiriya. The next morning we were picked up by Manju, our guide. We were received very friendly. When asked if it would be possible to adjust some points of the tour, Manju changed the entire process. Sigiriya (lion rock) the cave temples and as a conclusion, we could marvel at the sunset on Pidurangala, overlooking Sigiriya. Originally a day, two, with spontaneously planned overnight stay in Sigiriya Globetrotter B&B incl. authentic Rice & Curry. In the end, Manju planned the remaining 10 days of our vacation, suggested routes and gave us hints. Thank you for a very nice and relaxed day and the very helpful planning.

What a kind and considerate man - to us clients and to other drivers. Felt very safe. every consideration accounted for - stopped to get us water before we climbed Sigiriya Rock. Lovely meal on way back to Kandy, even stopped so I could have a massage at a treatment centre - which was so relaxing! Would thoroughly recommend. Very good value for a day out in beautiful country and great company. You have to pay the $30 entrance fee - in case you think entrance is included in the cost.
