Bekijk het beste van de Hongaarse hoofdstad Boedapest tijdens een live busrondleiding met gids. Bewonder iconische gebouwen zoals het Parlement en de Sint-Stefanusbasiliek. Geniet van een begeleide wandeling in het kasteelgebied aan de Boeda-kant en bekijk het Vissersbastion en de Matthiaskerk.

De groep steekt de Donau over via de Margaretbrug en zal vanaf daar het fascinerende uitzicht zien.
Gasten passeren de Opera en de Sint-Stefanusbasiliek en zien de buitenkant van de welverdiende beroemde Hongaarse architectonische meesterwerken.
Op weg naar het Heldenplein kunnen gasten de Andrassy Avenue zien met het Opera House, het House of Terror en vele luxe winkels.
Daarna rijdt de groep naar het stadspark. Ze passeren het Vajdahunyad-kasteel, Europa's grootste thermale spa (Széchenyibad), de dierentuin van Boedapest en het Once Upon a Time Park. De groep maakt een korte fotostop op het Heldenplein, ook wel bekend als het herkenningspunt van Boedapest.
Onze geaccrediteerde gids zal de Gellert Holl (Citadel) laten zien die het meest spectaculaire uitzicht over Boedapest biedt.
Zie van buiten de 14e-eeuwse gotische kerk, de meest bezochte attractie van Boedapest.
Het Vissersbastion werd tussen 1895 en 1902 gebouwd om het 1000-jarig bestaan van de Hongaren in het Karpatenbekken te vieren. Het beschikt over 7 torens, elk van deze vertegenwoordigt een van de zeven Hongaarse stamhoofden die hun volkeren naar het huidige Hongarije leidden om zich rond 895 te vestigen. De torenramen bieden het beste panoramische uitzicht over Boedapest.

Perfect tour for an overview of Budapest. Good combination of being in the the Van (with AC) and getting out to explore on foot. Enjoyed Mathias church and Fisherman’s Bastion. Our guide Dora was wonderful - very knowledgeable, answered questions did a good job managing the tour which was in both English and Spanish. This was a perfect tour for us given our limited time in Budapest as well as the heat. Tour ended at St. Stephan’s Cathedral which was an excellent springboard for lunch, a little more exploring and then back to the hotel for a rest.

Great way to get an overview of the city and the main attractions. Our guide Dora was knowledgable, friendly, answered our questions. Good combination of time in the van (with AC) and being able to walk/explore. Only 4 of us in total - 2 Spanish speakers, 2 English. Dora did a good job balancing between both.

Tour visited some of the main attractions but offered nothing special. Could have used some more anecdotes and personal input.

The tour guide for this tour was so knowledgeable, she made the tour memorable for me. The castle was stunning, the amount of time at each stop was perfect, I would definitely recommend this excursion.

The bus was not very scenic and ABOVE ALL, a visit was supposed to be in French, but since there were more English speakers, the comments were bilingual but more substantial in English, which was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT considering that the guide was very knowledgeable and, moreover, French. Unfortunately, one must conform to mass tourism, so the VALUE FOR MONEY is EXCESSIVE; in this case, one should provide audio devices!!!
