Geniet van enkele van Hongarije's heerlijke wijnen met echte zelfgemaakte maaltijd op deze 4-5 uur durende wijnproeverij en Lunch / Diner ervaring in de Etyek wijnstreek. Verlaat Boedapest in de ochtend of in de middag om dit idyllische wijngebied te verkennen, gefêteerd om zijn elegante witte en mousserende wijnen. Absorbeer de met wijnstokken bedekte heuvels bezaaid met oude kelders en druivenpersen, en bezoek drie gezellige, door een familie gerunde wijnhuizen om vier wijnen in elk te proeven. Bezoek 2 of 3 ambachtelijke, door een familie beheerde Hongaarse wijnmakerij op het platteland in de buurt van Boedapest. U ontmoet de wijnmakers en zij presenteren niet alleen hun beste wijnen, maar u wordt geserveerd met zelfgemaakte maaltijd en / of traditionele Hongaarse hapjes, afhankelijk van de optie die u selecteert. Proef 6 - 12 glazen wijn in totaal en verwen de beste smaken in een echte Hongaarse landelijke omgeving. A lovely 1/2 day excursion - getting away on a Sat from busy & hot Budapest. The wine at both locations were mostly unique for me. I especially enjoyed the tasting at location one. Lunch was very yummy. Guide Julia gave lots of info in the vehicle and at the sittings. Highly recommended.
We came away feeling quite disappointed with this tour and, unfortunately, felt it didn’t provide good value for money. Having booked countryside wine tours through TripAdvisor in several other countries, we expected to spend time exploring the countryside around Budapest. Instead, the tour only took us to what felt like a country lane on the outskirts of the city—more like a suburb than the scenic countryside we were expecting. The two wineries were also extremely close together, no more than a five-minute drive apart. Even the other guests on our tour commented on how surprised they were that the wineries were so close to each other. The tour description states a duration of five hours, yet we were picked up and dropped off in just 3 hours and 45 minutes, which made the experience feel even more rushed. The advertising on the TripAdvisor listing also gave a very different impression of what to expect. The photos show guests inside wine cellars surrounded by barrels, walking among vineyards, and enjoying impressive food. In reality, we were outside on patios for the entire visit. One winery served bread, while the other offered a simple barley stew. While the food was perfectly acceptable, it was nothing like what the promotional images suggested. Overall, the experience felt quite basic and rushed, and it didn’t live up to the expectations created by the tour description and photos. One final point that didn’t sit well with us was seeing the tour guide being handed a box of wine immediately upon arriving at the first winery. It gave the impression that he was receiving a gift or incentive for bringing guests there, which didn’t inspire confidence in the impartiality of the tour.
Visited 2 family owned and run wineries. Both different and wonderful experiences. Home cooked lunch at 2nd was delightful

Wonderful afternoon visiting 3 wineries. 12 glasses of tasty local wines. Dinner at the last one was delicious. Met nice people. Tour guide was wonderful and very knowledgeable and sharing of history.
Wonderful 1/2 day winery visit to 2 vineyards with lunch. The last winery (which is also a B&B) was amazing...best food ever. Peter, our guide, was wonderful!
We toured 3 very different wineries in the countryside. It was about a 40 minute drive but the driver was a local and gave us a good insight into Budapest history. We loved the authenticity of the tour and the wines and the wine makers! Everyone was so kind. The Hungarian dinner was tasty as well. Thank you!
