Je vindt er straatkraampjes en markten met gebakken spinnen, krekels, larven en verschillende insecten. Sommige verkopers hebben ook levende insecten.
Dit is een archeologische site (pre-Angkorian) in de provincie Kampong Thom. Het staat bekend om zijn tempelruïnes in een bosrijke omgeving. Neem als onderdeel van uw reis de tijd om rond de ruïnes te wandelen, de oude bakstenen tempels te zien en te genieten van de bosrijke ambiance.
Kampong Kdei is beroemd om een oude brug — de “Kampong Kdei Bridge” (onderdeel van de oude Khmer wegen). Wandelen over de brug, het bekijken van de rivier, het lokale leven, en eventueel nabijgelegen dorpen is de moeite waard.
Het is één van de drijvende / staande dorpen aan het Tonlé Sap-meer, in de buurt van Siem Reap City. Je reist per boot door het dorp en ziet hoe de lokale bevolking leeft op palen of drijvende huizen, viskwekerijen, smalle kanalen en mangrovebossen.

Before the tour we were in contact via WhatsApp. We were picked up at an agreed location because we had not booked a hotel. Our backpacks could be stored safely. We were in the TukTuk with two other girls. The driver did a great job. Gave a lot of explanation and was very cheerful. We had a great afternoon!

Very fun tour with our tuk tuk driver. He speak good in English and made fun. Our family enjoyed Bamboo train, temple, and sunset at Bat cave. I high recommend if you are looking Battambang day tour.
