Excellent service, with affordable prices and great customer service to answer all our questions. Lalo was our guide and he was very friendly, attentive to our needs, and explained everything in detail with a great attitude. I highly recommend hiring his services.
The experience was unparalleled. The tour is private. Clean transportation with drinks and snacks on board. Muyil. It is an archaeological site hidden in the jungle. Our guide Lalo explained the history to us and helped us take photos throughout the tour. The lazy rivers are very relaxing, through the mangrove, you can also see different types of birds. At the end, Lalo took us to Tulum to eat traditional tacos from the area. A unique experience. Highly recommended.
We had an amazing day exploring the Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve. Our tour guide Eduardo was fantastic from start to finish—he was punctual, professional, and made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. After our time in Sian Ka’an, he took us to a beautiful lazy river where we were able to snorkel. He provided all the snorkeling gear, which made everything easy and stress-free. The lazy river experience was one of the highlights of the day and a great way to enjoy the natural beauty of the area. Afterward, he took us into Tulum for some incredible local tacos, which was the perfect way to end the tour. His knowledge, friendliness, and attention to detail really stood out throughout the day. If you're looking for an authentic, well-organized, and memorable experience, I highly recommend booking a tour with him.

We had a fantastic experience on this tour with Eduardo. The Muyil ruins are newly re-opened and we had the entire place to ourselves. Eduardo was very knowledgeable about the history of the ruins. The Sian’kan reserve was beautiful and we really enjoyed the “lazy river” swim. It’s a beautiful swim through a “river” going through the mangroves with crystal clear warm water. Eduardo gave us snorkel masks and we were able to see many different fish while we floated. We enjoyed the day so much that we booked another day with this company. I highly recommend both this tour and the Dream.Us guiding company.
Our tour with Eduardo was amazing. His knowledge of Muyil was great and we saw so many fish on the float. Lunch in Tulum was delicious. We highly recommend this company.

We went on a tour with our guide Eduardo last year and did another one with him this year – and once again, it was absolutely perfect! Eduardo is simply a top guide: extremely organized, knowledgeable about almost everything, answers every question, and leads the tour with so much joy, humor, and passion. You can tell he does this not just for money, but out of genuine love for Mexican culture and nature. He tailors the tour to your individual wishes, makes adjustments whenever needed, and ensures everything goes exactly as you hope – even small extras, like stopping for churros on the way back, are no problem at all. The price is also more than fair: a private tour costs only slightly more than booking through a hotel, where you would be in a large group, and you get a much more personal experience all to yourself. Absolutely recommended – we will definitely come back! Next time in Mexico, just call Eduardo again, and you know you’ll have a perfectly planned excursion.

Amazing experience from A-Z we come from Amsterdam /Germany and he fulfill all of our requirements with a family of four so if your a couple you will have more than a blast .
