Dit is een excursie aan land met ophalen/afzetten bij de cruiseterminal (ophalen bij de haven €5,00 extra of gratis ophalen bij CR7 standbeeld/museum) Geniet van een mooie en aangename tour langs de noordwestkust van Madeira, diep in het bos, door vergeten en betoverde oude wegen. Reis over smalle en vergeten stenen gepleisterde wegen, off road en geniet van het landschap. Vang een glimp op van het ware levensbloed dat ons door het leven drijft. Geniet van een 15 minuten durende wandeling bij een "levada", onze wateraquaducten die beginnen met de bouw in de 15e eeuw en nog steeds in gebruik zijn, leer ons inheemse bos & flora en het natuurreservaat van UNESCO kennen. Als het weer het toelaat, kunt u zwemmen in de vulkanische lavabaden in Porto Moniz of in Seixal.

Porto Moniz als het weer het toelaat kunt u zwemmen in de vulkanische zwembaden Prachtige vulkanische rots zwembaden uitgehouwen door de Atlantische Oceaan, kalm en kristalhelder; besteden 30 minuten dompelen tenen of het bewonderen van de natuurlijke spa-achtige omgeving.
Een rustig kustplaatsje ondersteund door groene heuvels en zwart-zand baaien; rijd langs en geniet van een korte impressie van ongerepte kustlijn en dorpsrust.
Een verborgen baai met unieke rotsformaties en intieme charme aan de kust; passeer zonder te stoppen en geniet van de ruige kustscène.
Een dramatisch uitzichtpunt met uitzicht op een waterval die naar de zee trapt en weelderige kustkliffen; passeer om een glimp op te vangen van de sluierachtige waterval en het weidse uitzicht op de kust.

Fantastic! We enjoyed a radical massage on top of the jeep through lands in the middle of nature! We visited several parts of the island, lunch was in a wonderful restaurant! And diving in the natural pools is wonderful! Lino, our guide, was very friendly and in a good mood! He drove exceptionally!
I took two tours with Green Devil. The first one was called „Enchanted Terraces“ and covered the Northwestern part of the island offering great views of the mountains, the lava pools of Porto Moniz and Seixal as well as the misty and fascinating laurel forest that covers large parts of the island. We learned that scenes of the next Star Wars episode will be shot there and at other places on Madeira, so I’ll make sure to watch it and see if I can recognize any places. Our tour guide was Duarte. He is a very safe and experienced driver who made sure we all had plenty of fun on the road. He is a great lover of animals and also knows a lot about the plants and flowers of the island. So on top of showing us beautiful sights, he also taught us something new which is always good. We were supposed to stop at the Seixal lava pools for a swim but when we arrived there, a kid seemed somewhat disappointed and asked for the black sand beach of Seixal, so Duarte took us there instead. He always stopped at the best places for pictures and made sure we had a great time. We could not have wished for a better guide. Thank you very much for a great day, Duarte!
We booked a tour with Viator. We arrived at our vehicle that was to be just 4 people. Unfortunately we are small people. The driver of another jeep that was not for us, told us to come with him, which consisted of a group of Carnival Cruisers, and all much larger than we are. They did not want 2 others from their ship that were way larger even than they were with them on their excursion. They also had a ship leaving around 3pm so we had to cut the tour short. Then our driver wanted us to pay for a lunch we had already paid for, because we were not supposed to be with these cruise people. After much hassle, he gave us our lunch money back. We met up with the folks who ended up with our vehicle bragging that they got a private tour (which should have been ours). The other two people did not show up. Very disappointed in Viator and driver with Green Devil tour company who allowed this to happen. We did not get what we paid for.
I had an impressive jeep safari with Green Devil today. The off-road tour impressed me a lot, but I always felt safe. The driver was very nice and also competent. I would book the tour again and again. My driver's name was Nelson.
Fully recommended. Very good deal and very good driver. It has given us a lot of information about the sites we visited and about the island in general and thanks to the punch we laughed a lot.
The excursion or tour was just super cool from start to finish. Offroad exactly what we were looking for. Sightseeing fully sufficient incl. personal touch. Our driver Nelson then rounded off the tour perfectly 👍☺️🤗 Thank you very much 🤩🤩
