We were disappointed by this service, which promised to be very beautiful. We booked a tour at 5:30 PM, however the driver went to the wrong hotel and we waited for him for 30 minutes. It can happen. Then, we got stuck in traffic at the entrance to the desert, and after waiting 20 minutes, without any explanation, the driver made us change minibuses to join another one, even though we still don't know the reason. We finished the transfer with another group. Finally, we arrived at the excursion site an hour late, and we were surprised by the cold welcome, knowing the hospitality of the Egyptians. During the quad bike tour, there were a lot of people and a lot of dust; we didn't get to enjoy the course much. The panorama is magnificent, though! This experience was quite disappointing. Yet this is far from our first time in Egypt; we know that usually the quality of the services is very good. Too bad for this time; we will not repeat the experience...
Friendly and helpful staff. The process was simple from the choice of experience, until we got there. Everything went well and it was very fun!!!
At first, the entire team didn't make such a great impression on me at first glance. But as soon as it started, that changed completely: Everyone was super nice, very friendly, and extremely cooperative! Honestly, I didn't expect so much friendliness at the beginning at all. I am absolutely satisfied and it was a lot of fun! I can only recommend it to everyone. P.S.: It is best to bring your own keffiyeh, otherwise it costs €5 on site! 😂
