Haaienkooi duiken hele dag - Vertrek om 05.00 uur en terug om 15.30 uur (geschatte tijden, het ophalen wordt de dag ervoor opnieuw bevestigd Soms is de ophaaltijd later. So when I first paid for this, the title of the activity was: Dive with Great White Sharks. One week ago (few days before the activity) the title changed to: Dive with Sharks, possibly Great Whites. I was told that they haven’t saw Great white sharks in ages. And we didn’t saw any on the dive either. If you pay only for seeing great white, you will be disappointed. It is roughly 300$ and the title was very misleading at first. I still loved my experience. We saw 4 bronze sharks and they were pretty impressive. Note that the water is extremely cold so some people didn’t stay more than 1 minute in it. You can still see the sharks very well from the top floor of the boat. Staff was very friendly and knowledgable. We had to wait 1h30 to finally see sharks. Be patient. Bring gravols.
Hi Stephanie, many thanks for your review, we appreciate you taking time out to write about your experience. I'm sorry if you felt the tour was misleading it was not our intention. When you saw the change in heading, you were within cancellation period, you should have contacted us to enquire why the heading changed. We could have refunded you in full. The reason why it was changed was that we usually book with our Suppliers a week prior to the tour date, when I spoke to the supplier to ask them if they had your booking as I was following up to ensure all would be perfect for your tour. I asked the Operator how was business. He then informed me that the Great Whites were not sighted but bronze and other sharks were in the area hence me fixing our content on Trip Advisor and Viator. Had we not changed it you could have said it was misleading as I was not aware the great whites were no longer in the bay. For a next time, I will personally pay for a ticket for you if the great whites return and if you are in the City, please reach out to us and I will offer this free trip for you. For the record you paid 216 Canadian not 300 and we have to pay 28% tax to our Government on all income as well as pay our partner to be on their fabulous portal! :) i'm sure you will agree you were taken and returned with a safe company We are happy to hear you have still enjoyed the experience even though you did not see the Great Whites. Amazing experience, we saw many sharks and the crew was excellent! Very helpful, kind, taking all the safety rules. They told us many informations about the sharks so we leaned things except from the experience itself, they really care about the sharks and i appreciated it very much. Thank you very much guys!! I was really enjoyed this experience with you and i am sure that also the others did, it was, without doubt, worth it and i would recommend averyone to join this team and live this experience because it will be something that will never forget!!

The whole experience from pick up To drop of was fantastic. The staff were friendly and very informative. The actual dive and crew couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend it. Thank you for a memorable day.
