Dit is een gedeelde toeristische shuttle die reizigers van Panajachel naar Antigua Historic Center vervoert. De rit is ongeveer 3 uur zonder verkeer, maar we stoppen een of twee keer voor snacks en een toiletpauze zoals gevraagd, wees alsjeblieft patente als de bus meer passagiers in de stad verzamelen.

We halen alle reizigers die Panajachel verlaten op bij hun centraal gelegen hotel of aanlegsteiger. Geef ons de naam en het adres van uw afleverlocatie. Let op, alle deel shuttles worden uitgevoerd via een derde partij bedrijf en alle agentschappen boeken op hetzelfde voertuig.

Driver was rude and drove like a maniac. No air conditioning and driver didn’t even open a window. Very horrible ride!

The driver today was exceptional. I feel bad because I wanted to give him a tip but he was already gone . He was very sweet courteous and kind. Drove us safely to our destination and made sure we had all of our luggage.

We are very disappointed with this shuttle service. They left us behind causing unnecessary stress and disrupting our travel plans. To make matters worse, the customer service was extremely poor. Instead of taking accountability or offering a solution, the staff were dismissive and unhelpful. What is especially concerning is that this is a third-party shuttle company that provides transportation services for other local businesses. Beware that this is not the company that will service your shuttle service, which is very concerning because you do not know who will be driving or who will take responsibility for the trip. We do not recommend this shuttle company and highly encourage to explore other services due to the poor experience we received.
Hi Paulina. The day before your transfer we reconfirmed your shuttle and told you that you must be ready 15 minutes before pickup, which was 12pm. At 1157am you emailed and said you were ordering food. At 1202pm we texted and called and said the bus was looking for you. You didn’t answer. At 1206pm you called back and said you were walking and were still a few minutes away. This was a shared shuttle that had to pick up other people. It cannot wait for passengers who do not arrive on time. You were aware of this and admitted it when you called. There was nothing more we could do. You were a no-show. Maybe it makes you feel better to leave a bad review when we were unable to give you a refund for not showing up, but we did everything we promised we’d do for a no-show passenger, Including calling and texting when you were over 20 minutes late. It’s not our responsibility to delay the bus for you because you wanted to order food when the rest of the bus passengers were on time and wanted to depart. Your entitled attitude and one-star review are unfortunate, but we actually provided the service you paid for, and you missed it due to your own lack of preparation. If you like to see all the time stamped screenshots of our interaction we’d be happy to send them to remind you that we reached out numerous times and you didn't respond and missed the bus.
Due to my own silly mistake I was 15 mins late to the pickup. Company managed to hold the bus for me and saved my day. Would absolutely recommend.

my driver, Marvin was absolutely amazing. A very safe driver and efficient driver, even with the crazy driving conditions. I was feeling motion sick from the curves at first but he cranked the AC up and invited me sit in the front so I could feel better. Great trip & also good music

The bus was clean, comfortable, safe and we arrived relatively quickly. We started 8 am and arrived at 6 pm in Lanquín. The driver observed the rest period correctly. Every stop was clean and cultured.

Shuttle was clean, had enough stops for the 8 1/2 hour ride. Shuttle was safe and well maintained. Would definitely use the service again.

Overall actually took 11hrs, partially because of traffic (1hr) but mostly because of multiple stops for food & gas (1hr total) and time spent in Antigua just picking up other riders (1hr). Van was more comfortable than most we rode in during our trip to Guatemala, but this ride was more expensive than others I was able to find in town once in Antigua. Shuttle was almost completely full so it helps to be the first on so you can get a good seat though not sure you can control that. FYI your bags are stored on a rack on top of the van and tied down under a tarp, there’s only enough room for small bags inside the van. They do a great job of securing your stuff but some others on the shuttle weren’t very happy about this. If you want your stuff inside with you or in a trunk I’d recommend trying to get a private ride (same goes for most any transport in Guatemala).
Hi David, Sorry the ride you took only earned us three stars. We always strive for five. With a ride that normally takes 8-10 hours (as listed on Viator), we see that your 11 hour ride with traffic was on target. For a ride that long, we do have to make comfort stops for passengers to use the rest room or eat. Yes, the shared shuttles collect all around Antigua because if we set a common pickup point, people would struggle with luggage on the cobblestone streets. Luggage going on top of the van is pretty standard here in Guatemala. I'm not sure how we could have earned a five star rating but we would welcome any opportunity to improve!
