From start to finish, this was absolutely the best transfer experience, ever (Shannon to Galway)! I had a response to my first inquiry almost immediately and the whole thing was booked and confirmed in record time. Radek was so lovely, patient, and perfectly willing to load/unload us and our 10 bags. We were VERY early, but he was ready and waiting. There was water waiting for us in the van, he waited patiently while I stopped for cash and even made an extra stop for us to pick up our keys first. Highly, highly, highly recommend this service. I was very impressed with Easy Transfer, and I will definitely rebook with them during future visits to Ireland. Every step was seamless and professional, and our driver on the day of transfer was on time, courteous with our luggage, friendly during the drive, and most importantly a very safe driver. While I booked for an airport transfer from Shannon to Galway, I did inquire about the possibility of making a future reservation for a family golf visit. I will definitely be reaching out for this service.

Thomas was great! When we arrived to Shannon, a few of us were experiencing some head cold issues. He stopped at the Pharmacy on the way to the hotel. He was on time and very accommodating, helping the 4 of us with our luggage.
