Roadtrip naar Ella vanuit Kandy is een schilderachtige trip omdat het voertuig door het berggebied rijdt waar prachtige landschappen, theelandschappen en natuurlijke plaatsen zoals watervallen, uitzichtpunten zich bevinden. Dit is een groepsrondleiding en we stoppen bij al deze plaatsen voor u om rond te lopen, foto's te maken en wat quality time door te brengen. Ramboda is een prachtig uitzichtpunt onderweg. Het geeft een prachtig uitzicht met theeplantages, bergen, het Kotamale-waterreservoir en de Ramboda-watervallen in je zicht.
De Ramboda-watervallen zijn een van de hoogste en mooiste watervallen die beschikbaar zijn in Sri Lanka. Het ligt onderweg en we kunnen indien nodig in de buurt van de watervallen lopen.
Een bezoek aan een werkende theefabriek en een theeplantage is een kans voor het leven. We kunnen zien hoe het plukken van de theeblaadjes plaatsvindt. Ook het proces van het maken van de thee in de fabriek. U wordt begroet met een vers kopje Ceylon-thee.
Het oude rode postkantoor in Nuwaraeliya is een symbool van de stad. Je ziet de bouwontwerpen en architectuur beïnvloed door de Britten. Nuwaraeliya staat bekend als Klein Engeland van Sri Lanka. U heeft hier de mogelijkheid om een mooie ansichtkaart te kopen en deze thuis naar uw dierbaren te sturen.
Gregory Lake is een kunstmatig meer gelegen in het midden van de stad Nuwararliya. Het zal een prachtige ervaring zijn om een paar minuten op deze mooie plek door te brengen.
De Asoka Watika / Seetha Amman-tempel is een van de belangrijkste plaatsen op het Ramayana-pad. Hindoeliefhebbers zijn vooral geïnteresseerd in een bezoek hieraan. Het is open voor alle gasten, ongeacht hun religieuze overtuiging.

It was a very beautiful and safe journey. Amila Madushan was a wonderful guide.
The journey was smooth and efficient. My driver Hafeel was friendly and drove safely. Easy communication via WhatsApp with Geeara before and after the trip. Highly recommend.
Had a wonderful time with my dad on his university reunion trip, despite being the only “kid”, because of how kind and engaging our guide Pradeep was! He was so flexible and attentive to whatever our group wanted to do and always had a nice recommendation. Since he was fluent in all three languages that was a huge bonus in navigation. His ability to switch between my English, the parents’ Tamil, and the Sinhala spoken in most of the mountain area was so critical in making our trip fun, safe, and stress-free. We traveled via bus with 30ish people from Nuwara-Eliya to Arugum Bay and back to Colombo, spending 5 days doing various activities like kovil visiting and going on a safari. Our hotels were all great with food included and it seemed like Pradeep was a local in every area we went, he was so informed! Anyway, thank you so much for the great time and can’t wait to book a tour for my sister and friends sometime soon!

Our recent sightseeing tour from Kandy to Ella was absolutely incredible, and a huge part of that was thanks to our driver, Amia. From start to finish, the journey was smooth, scenic, and so well-paced. Amia was not only a safe and reliable driver, but also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure we stopped at all the best viewpoints along the way, shared local insights, and never rushed us, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. The drive itself is stunning, but having someone like Amia guiding us really elevated the experience. He was attentive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout the trip. Highly recommend this tour, and if you can, definitely request Amia as your driver — you’ll be in great hands!
It was great to see that the driver always wanted to see where he was driving safely and stopping along the way. I happened to have only one participant and it was a private tour, but they skipped places that I wasn’t particularly interested in.
We had the tour today and it was amazing we did stop at multiple hotspots to visit. Our guide was Indika and he was very friendly and helpful to us.
We stopped at the tea factory and the post office. The other places we skipped at our request. The driver always asked us if we wanted to get out, but we had all seen many temples and waterfalls.
