Absolute bliss, beautiful throughout, from the marble pools to the fluffy towels and delicious tea selection, had the most relaxing time i can’t wait to go back

Amazing place to go relax, highly rate the steam room
Really enjoyed our 90minute booking. We were able to move across all pools and sauna's My personal favourite was the ordinary sauna and the 38 degree pool. Lots of water at tea available and fresh towels as needed. Loved it.
The spa was a very relaxing experience as I went for the 90 minute booking later in the day. It was quieter with not many people making it a very nice spa trip. The staff were very lovely and helpful. The different spa facilities were fantastic and kept very clean. I really enjoyed the steam room and different temperature pools.
We really enjoyed the experience being first timers. Entering the inferred room first and then into the sauna. Cold plunge then pools. The time spent was relaxing and the facilities were immaculate. Friendly, helpful host. Was at times extremely busy found it quite loud which made it a little hard to relax. But otherwise really enjoyed the time at the Bathhouse Queenstown.
Loved the authentic spa experience! The ice bath and swap out to the heated pool was invigorating. The infrared saunas were also a highlight.

This was a delightful experience. Such a clean, modern facility providing a fabulous service. Definitely recommend and would come again. It's a beautiful space, and well laid out. Staff very friendly and welcoming. This would normally be way out of my comfort zone, and somewhere I'd be intimidated however it's such a beautiful place I didn't once feel uncomfortable. Fantastic. Beats similar places I've visited in Europe.

We had a very relaxing and fun experience with a group of friends. The staff were friendly, helpful and kept the sauna and pool area sparkling clean. It was novel and relaxing to try the different saunas and pool temperatures. Afterwards I was pleasantly surprised about how good it made me feel. We will definitely be back and recommend this to anyone skiing or biking, or just needing a beautiful experience, in Queenstown.
