We vertrekken om 8 uur vanuit Sarajevo. Op weg naar Dubrovnik bezoeken we het prachtige Herzegovina.
Eerst stoppen we in een klein, maar charmant stadje - Konjic, beroemd om zijn oude brug.
De volgende stop is in Mostar, een van de belangrijkste steden van Bosnië en Herzegovina. Het staat bekend als de stad van steen, historisch, politiek, wetenschappelijk en cultureel centrum van Herzegovina. De meest bekende attractie hier is de door UNESCO beschermde Old Bridge. Het is het kloppende hart van de stad, een sterk iconisch symbool van haar geschiedenis, een van de meest herkenbare herkenningspunten van het land. In Mostar bezoeken we ook Kriva Cuprija, de oudste boogbrug, Hamam het enige nog bestaande Turkse bad, de Koski Mehmed Pasha-moskee, de op een na grootste moskee en Kujundžiluk - Old Bazzar.
De volgende stop is in Blagaj, een oase van rust en natuurlijke harmonie. De Blagaj Tekke, of het Derwisj-klooster dat we zullen zien, is een belangrijk monument uit de vroege Ottomaanse periode in Bosnië & Herzegovina. Het is gelegen aan de bron van de rivier de Buna, omgeven door prachtige bergen.
De derde stop is in Pocitelj, een middeleeuws en Ottomaans-mediterraan wonder van natuur en architectuur, een plek als geen ander. Het bevindt zich in een steil rotsachtig amfitheater en is een wirwar van trappen die klimmen tussen gammele huizen met stenen daken en granaatappelstruiken.
Na Pocitelj komen we aan bij onze volgende stop - Kravice-watervallen. De Kravice-waterval, gelegen aan de rivier de Trebižat, is een miniversie van de Niagara-watervallen, verborgen in de Balkan. Kravice-watervallen vormen een natuurlijk amfitheater 40 km ten zuidwesten van de stad Mostar. Vanwege zijn verbazingwekkende schoonheid en ongerepte natuur heeft de staat het beschermd als een natuurlijke zeldzaamheid.
Na het genieten van de watervallen gaan we verder naar Dubrovnik. We zetten je af bij je hotel/appartement.

Senad was amazing. Great tour
This is a long transfer, but the stops along the way are great, particularly Mostar and Kravice waterfalls. Wael is a cool guide, and he did well to keep us on time during the day. The drive through Herzegovina is a tourist attraction itself - absolutely stunning countryside.
Excellent tour and guide. Great way to see the country while travelling between the two cities. Would highly recommend.

This was such an excellent way to get to Sarajevo that was way more interesting and exciting than an airport. It was a wonderful way to go from Dubrovnik to Sarajevo. Very picturesque and very interesting. I had a wonderful guide Azam. He made the trip with his knowledge and his amiable personality. My transfer car tour from Dubrovnik to Sarajevo ended up being one of the highlights of my trip. We had a great time and enjoyed the interesting and diverse attractions along the way. It was off season and there were only the 2 of us on the tour. Aldin was a seasoned and experienced driver + guide and the ride was comfortable given the time spent on the road (4+ hours). A nice day out and definitely would recommend.
