Bosnië en Herzegovina heeft veel geleden door zijn geschiedenis en de laatste oorlog is een van de moeilijkste tijden. In deze rondleiding krijg je te horen over de overlevingsvaardigheden en meer over verschillende aspecten van het leven tijdens het beleg. De strijd om het leven was een gewone gebeurtenis en het enthousiasme en de pure liefde voor het vaderland waren de echte motivatie. Mis het niet om vijandige linies, zelfgemaakte wapens, wapens, de beroemde Tunnel of Hope, een van de mooiste verlaten plekken ter wereld te zien - bobslee, joodse begraafplaats, enz. En natuurlijk om interessante verhalen en verhalen te horen. De rondleiding zal U helpen historische omstandigheden te verduidelijken en het leven van vandaag in Sarajevo te begrijpen. Dit is absoluut een van de meest populaire tours in Sarajevo; Waarschijnlijk vanwege de beroemde Tunnel of Hope en het feit dat dit de langste belegering in moderne oorlogsvoering was. Op weg naar onze eerste bestemming, zullen onze gidsen U een inleiding geven, U Sniper Alley, gedenkteken voor wreed vermoorde kinderen en andere belangrijke oorlogsgerelateerde objecten laten zien. Daarna maken we een eerste stop om het Tunnel of Hope Museum te bezoeken, gegraven door ingenieuze en dappere burgers van Sarajevo. Wanneer we daar aankomen, ziet u een grote kaart van Sarajevo onder het beleg om de vijandelijke linies te zien. U zult een 17 minuten durende film kijken en een kijkje nemen in de museumtentoonstelling. Hoogtepunt van deze bestemming is een 25 meter lange tunnel. Je zult er doorheen lopen om de strijd van Sarajevans tijdens het beleg te ervaren. Na deze ervaring krijgt u, indien gewenst, een korte pauze om wat foto's te maken en de plaats zelf te ontdekken.
Na de tunnel gaan we van Federatie-entiteit naar Rebuplika Srpska naar onze volgende stop - Olympic Mountain Trebević, waar we vanaf 1230 meter boven de zeespiegel een prachtig uitzicht op de stad zullen hebben. De gasten zullen vijandige linies te zien krijgen en de oorlogsverhalen vertellen. Dit is een geweldige locatie om echt prachtige foto's van de hele stad te maken.
Het leven zit vol met avonturen, dus wees voorbereid op de Bob Track van Winter Olympic Games gehost door Sarajevo in 1984, maar op weg naar het begin van het nummer, heb je een geweldig zicht op de kabelbaan die op 6 april werd heropend 2018. Tijdens het lopen op de baan, zul je begrijpen waarom de baan een van de mooiste verlaten plaatsen in de wereld is en zeker een "must see"! Je gids staat klaar om een aantal gekke, coole foto's van jou te maken.
De laatste stop is de Joodse begraafplaats, de op één na grootste van Europa en een kandidaat voor de UNESCO Werelderfgoed-titel. Deze begraafplaats was het slagveld tussen het Bosnische leger en de Servische troepen tijdens de belegering, dus dit zal ook een van de thema's zijn.
Een van de belangrijkste gedenktekens in Sarajevo is gewijd aan 1621 vermoorde kinderen van de stad. Gedenkteken ziet er erg interessant uit en doet U nadenken over de betekenis ervan. Het maakte van brons en glas, en het beeldhouwwerk simbolizes een moeder die haar kinderen probeert te beschermen en de bronzen ring simbolizes sterke ronde lijn van defensie.

Highly recommended!!! We joined both the city walking tour and the war tour with Adnan, and both were essential to truly understand Sarajevo — an incredible city, incredibly rich in different cultures and history, including very recent history. Adnan was an honest and witty guide who helped us gain a deeper understanding of the city, its people, and what it is like to live there. The tour was very interesting, especially because we had an excellent guide. Adnan is very knowledgeable, as he combines in-depth knowledge of local history with the overall historical events, and he also enriches this with his literary knowledge and personal experiences. Great tour and great guide, Adnan. We enjoyed our walking tour across town on Friday May 8. We decided to book the War Tour for May 9. Adnan knows a lot, born and raised in Sarajevo. Growing up during the Balkan war. Having studied Literature at Filosophy School Univ this altogether makes him a well equipped tour guide for us. We enjoyed it, asking questions too. Well answered. In depth and engaged. We had a good driver too. This tour was worthwhile and impressive.

This tour was amazing. We have had a number of private and group tours, and this was the best. It is a four-hour tour that includes a visit to the tunnel (including walking 100m in the tunnel), a 400m walk down the bobsled track (covered in grafitti, but unfortunately from our perspective the visible war damage is repaired), the Jewish cemetary, and the bridge where the first two victims in the war on Sarajevo were killed. Our guide, Omo, is from the region and was fantastic. The VW Passat was also comfortable for the ride. Omo usually does day tours to Mostar from Sarajevo and we met another Spirit tour guide, Adnan, who also seemed excellent. If we were staying longer, we would do another Spirit tour. Awesome!

The essential Sarajevo tour - you can't visit this city without someone taking you to these locations and explaining their importance. We were absolutely blessed to have Emina Koso as our driver and guide - her personal recounts of lived experiences during the Bosnian war is unparalleled to what you get being guided by someone who speaks of it third-hand. Very nice tour. It was doable with children. The tour guide was able to not leave out anything but still keep it appropriate for the age group. We enjoyed the fact that the guide included their own experiences. We were able to use the tour as a springboard to explore independently later.
