Alle klanten die in Cap Cana verblijven, hebben een ophaalpunt in Blue Mall. Alle klanten die in de regio Veron of Frruisa verblijven, krijgen een door ons aangewezen ontmoetingspunt bij het ophalen. Als je in een Airbnb of een niet-all-inclusive hotel verblijft, moet je ons bellen om een ontmoetingspunt af te spreken.

I have a negative experience, one of the stops was trap shopping at a warehouse were the prices are target for Americans, which is expensive & in US dlls. Never mentioned in this website. When we arrived to the port, we waited around 1 1/2 hr to get the boat. We left in a speedboat around 11 am from the shore, which the website describes as a catamaran, apparently you either go or come back in a catamaran. No drinks offer until we stopped at the “POOL” very nice pool. Finally, we get to Saona Island around 1:40 pm, we were the last group to arrived, it was already full & we have to look for available seats. Then, we left the island around 3 pm in Catamaran, we got back to the shore around 5 pm. Long drive back, we got to the hotel around 8 pm. Next time private excursion is better, more money, but the experience will be amazing & convenient. You get what you pay for!
