We had a fantastic time at this sangria and cheese tasting workshop in Madrid! The sangria was delicious, the cheeses were excellent, and our guide, Silvana made the experience both fun and informative. Highly recommended!
Our workshop with Silvana was such a fun experience, don’t skip this in your itinerary! The sangria and cheese were absolutely delicious, we learned so much about the process and culture, and got so many helpful tips for other experiences and shopping in Madrid! Thanks again for a wonderful afternoon!!

This was a really fun class and a great way to spend an evening in Madrid. There were 6 of us ladies, tired from a very long day of travel from Canada but the 2 hour class and cheese tasting experience perked us right up and made us really excited for our vacation in Spain. Both the Sangria and the cheeses were excellent. We all highly recommended this class!
Ivan was our host who was alot of fun. Very knowledgeable about the process of making a sangria and all the local cheeses you may find during your time in Spain. Plenty of samples and so much Sangria!! Whatever doesn’t get finished can be taken when the class is done. After the class, Ivan sent us a massive list of recommendations for the Madrid area, and the recipes for the sangria! Highly recommend, definitely worth it and would do it again if I came back to Madrid
I had a lot of fun! We had a small group and Ivan explained perfectly how we make the best sangria. It was very interactive and loved that he was looking that everyone had a task. Also the cheese was perfect! Ivan explained the differences very well. Thank you!
What a fun evening! My husband and I had a great time with the others in our class making sangria, trading cheeses and sharing our recent adventures in travel. Silvana was a great teacher - friendly and knowledgeable. In fact we've already had friends over for a sangria night a few weeks after returning home. I'd highly recommend this workshop. ¡Salud!🍷
Crystal is the best. The entire workshop was great from beginning to end. The Sangria was the best we had in Madrid. The perfect blend! There were good vibes the entire time.
I had this experience given as a birthday present. I thought it was very fun, engaging and loved it. The sangrias were prepared as a team effort with everybody else on the workshop, and they tasted amazing! Will definitely prepare for summertime. And the cheese tasting afterwards was delicious, I learned of some pairings I wouldn't have thought of before. Highly recommended for anybody who wants to have a different afternoon!
