Een prachtige fontein die de Taino-indianen, Afrikaanse slaven en de Spaanse ontdekkingsreizigers van het eiland viert, leert over de zoektocht van de beroemde eerste gouverneur naar de "Fontein van de Jeugd".
Volgens de legende kan bidden in deze kapel wonderen doen. Leer het echte verhaal achter deze historische plek en wat de botten van heiligen zouden zijn gehuisvest in de reliekschrijn binnenin.
Dit prachtige oude klooster is nu een hotel en staat ook bekend als een spookhuis.
Men zegt dat de botten van Ponce de León hier rusten, maar met berichten over spookachtige activiteit in de kathedraal, kun je echt zeggen dat hij in vrede rust?
Deuren gaan vanzelf open en dicht, vreemde stemmen zijn te horen en is er een steen met een Taino-rotstekening die het museum verstoort?
Deze voormalige Spaanse kazerne en militair hospitaal uit de Tweede Wereldoorlog is nu een museum, maar dat weerhoudt de voormalige bewoners er niet van een bezoek te brengen aan...
We passeren Castillo San Felipe del Morro. Geesten van Spaanse soldaten en een vrouw in het wit achtervolgen dit ongelooflijke fort met uitzicht op de Atlantische Oceaan. Omdat dit de nachttour is, is het fort gesloten, maar we kunnen er nog steeds langs gaan en de verhalen van buitenaf vertellen.
Spookverhalen en graven op de mooiste begraafplaats in het Caribisch gebied met de lichamen van enkele van de beroemdste Puerto Ricanen, waaronder een Oscar-winnaar!
Ontdek het spook van de vervloekte Devil's Sentry Box en een Puerto Ricaans "Romeo en Julia"-verhaal waar de diepbedroefde geesten nog steeds de plaats van de tragedie bezoeken... Aangezien dit de nachttour is, is het Castillo gesloten, maar we kunnen nog steeds bekijk de wachtposten en geniet van het kasteel van buitenaf.

It’s very informative. Don’t expect any scares. It’s the history of important buildings and the history of what makes them haunted. It’s very good for the history fans.
Tour guide was more engaged with movie trivia than paranormal history or stories. He was unable to answer any paranormal questions. Tour guide frequently discussed politics and government in a non paranormal way. He also skipped several stops.
We enjoyed the tour. We learned about its history as well as the paranormal part of it. Our tour guide Jan was very knowledgeable and made the tour enjoyable.

The tour was ok. To me, it was more of a history tour. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the city, overall it was a ok time.

I was at the end of our group and got stuck behind a group of people with a double wide stroller and couldn’t get around them. I got separated from the group. My friend said something to the tour guide - Richard from England - about making sure the group stays tighter. He looked at me and said “I’m sorry you got confused” and then said “I’m sorry your feelings got hurt when you got left behind.” I was by no means confused nor were my feelings hurt. In regards to the tour, there was a lot of ghost / paranormal talk, some history and recommendations for bars and restaurants. There were several areas that were packed and congested with a lot of loud music which made it impossible to hear him.

Learnt a lot of history!! It’s a lot of walking so come prepared in comfy shoes. The guide was super informative about all kinds of things. I thought it was great for adults but might be a little boring for kids. The evening tour was great for escaping the heat of the daytime sun.
