Christopher gave us a fun and insider's tour of city highlights. He was responsive when we asked about certain sights. Chocolate tasting was, of course, delightful. A hoot of a tour!!
I had a free afternoon in San Jose before my holiday started and booked onto a city highlights walking tour. It was a great idea. There was just myself on the tour and my guide ( Manuela?) was super friendly and knowledgeable and had lots of historical and political information to pass on. I learnt a great deal about San Jose and about Costa Rica. It was a very fun afternoon.
I wish I can give 0 star . I had rebooked the insider spot tour after canceling the city bus tour but on the day of the tour we were at the tour starting spot no guide showed up . When I messaged the tour company they said I canc the tour . The screen shot that they sent was the pic of the city bus tour not even the right tour . When I applied for refund the tour company lied to viator that I took the tour inspite I had The screenshot of all the conversation Do not take this tour
Client messaged to cancel the tour. We cancelled our guide scheduled to meet them. I'm sorry, it seems you were confused as we do not offer bus tours. I hope the rest of your trip in Costa Rica was enjoyable. Many blessings.
My husband & I did the afternoon tour on a Friday & had the guide all to ourselves! She did a fantastic job showing us the city landmarks, telling us the importance of each. She also gave us a nice history lesson & explained how religion affects current politics. She also allowed us time to stop & take photos. I don't remember her name, but she was fantastic...I highly recommend this tour & especially this company!

A good general overview of the city and different spots to consider going back to later. The tour guide was very nice. I would recommend it.
Great tour of San Jose! We did a combination food and architecture tour. Our guide was incredibly friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. We enjoyed learning more about the city and also sampling multiple new and delectable foods.
Thanks to Cristobal for a very informative and fun tour of Central San Jose. He was highly enthusiastic and gave us a good foundation of information about the buildings and history of this area. He paced the tour very well for a couple of seniors.

This tour was quite interesting. Chris took us to a couple of places we would not hve found by ourselves, old homes that had been re purposed as galleries and restaurants. I dont feel that he had the depth of knowledge that Stacey might have.

The tour operator didn’t not only “no-show” but also didn’t respond to any messages!! Luckily this trip was booked via Viator and they made a refund reversal..
