Deze Sessie wordt persoonlijk gehost door de Eigenaar — een voormalige sakebrouwer die een jaar heeft getraind bij een sakebrouwerij in Osaka. Het is een ervaring in masterclass-stijl waar je kunt leren over de geschiedenis, het brouwproces en de culturele diepte van Japanse sake terwijl je geniet van de diverse smaken. De sessie vindt plaats in "Sake Pairing Bar Potan", een verfijnde ruimte ontworpen met traditionele Japanse architectuur waar sake echt centraal staat. Gelegen in het Fukushima gebied, op slechts enkele minuten van het centrum van Osaka, biedt het een serene maar toegankelijke omgeving om direct te leren van een sake professional. Wat mij betreft, de Eigenaar — Ik reisde rond 35 landen op de leeftijd van 20, mezelf onderdompelen in verschillende culturen. Die reis deed me de schoonheid en rijkdom van Japan herontdekken en inspireerde me om zijn cultuur te delen met mensen over de hele wereld door sake. Naast sake zelf, hou ik ook van cross-culturele uitwisseling, en ik kijk ernaar uit om tijdens de ervaring te genieten van betekenisvolle gesprekken met jullie allemaal.

Amazing experience, such a cool space, knowledgable guide and lovely sake.
It was a 10/10 experience that was incredibly thought throught. It was really interesting hearing a breakdown of the making process for sake. All the different sake we tasted were also very delicious. Our guide was made the experience even better by being very kind and easy to talk to. Highly recommend this experience
Yuki was an incredible guide to the world of Sake. The sake was amazing, we definitely don’t get sake like this back in the states!
Whether you know little or nothing about Japanese sake, it's an experience worth having. The setting is friendly and discovering good products is done in a relaxed atmosphere.

What a wonderful experience! Yuki was a fantastic host, speaks great English, and demonstrates his knowledge of the sake craft with grace and laughter. We drank delicious sake, had a few tasty bites, and left with a much better working knowledge of sake. Price was quite reasonable for a HEALTHY amount of sake, matching snacks, and Yuki’s knowledge. The bar space is gorgeous, designed and purpose-built by Yuki and his father.

This sake tasting was an amazing experience. Super informative, educational, and we tried a bunch of high quality sakes. The bar is beautiful and Yuki is super knowledgeable. I’d recommend this to anyone wanting a unique experience in Osaka.

Yuki is excellent - we got lost on the subway getting there, and he was gracious and helpful helping us find his location. Very good communication- his English is great. Upscale clean lovely environment for the tasting. We learned so much about the history and different styles sake. And the brewing methods. He even shared a vintage sake which was incredibly different than the fresh. This is a fun & educational experience. Highly recommend.

The sake tasting and workshop took us on a really fun and eye-opening 2-hour journey. Our instructor, Yuki, was calm, super knowledgeable, and spoke great English. We asked a ton of questions, tasted a lot, had fun, got surprised, and probably challenged Yuki quite a bit—but he handled everything like a pro every time :) It was a really unique experience for Osaka and showed us just how big and fascinating the world of sake actually is—way beyond what we knew before.
