De Arkansas River stroomt in de buurt van Colorado Springs, buiten Canon City, onder 1000 voet kloof muren. Duik in klasse III tot V stroomversnellingen door het hart van de prachtige Royal Gorge, doordrenkt van de huid en grijnzend. Check in bij het Echo Canyon-kantoor en we zullen je door het proces van voorbereiding voor je rafttocht begeleiden. Echo biedt persoonlijke flotatie-apparaten (reddingsvesten), helmen, professionele gidsen op elk vlot en vervoer van en naar de toegangspunten van de rivier.

- Gasten moeten in goede lichamelijke conditie zijn en ten minste 14 tot 18 jaar oud zijn; waterniveaus dicteren de minimumleeftijd, met piekniveaus die zich meestal in begin juni voordoen
- Zwemvaardigheid is noodzakelijk
- Draag geschikt voor natte omstandigheden. Zwemkleding, shorts of synthetische kledingstukken aanbevolen. Vermijd altijd katoen.
- Veilige schoenen en sportsandalen zijn ideaal. Slippers en slip-on sandalen worden niet als geschikt schoeisel beschouwd.
- Wetsuit, spatjack en rivierschoenen gratis ter plaatse verkrijgbaar
- Voorafgaand aan raften moet voor elke reiziger een aansprakelijkheidsformulier worden ingevuld. Elke gast jonger dan 18 jaar MOET ons vrijgaveformulier laten ondertekenen door een ouder of wettelijke voogd en dit moet voorafgaand aan ons bij ons worden ingediend voor elke reis.

So much fun! We absolutely loved our guide Tierney. She kept us engaged with fun facts and jokes as we rafted through the canyon. Our family of seven, ranging in age from 14 to 50, all found the adventure we were hoping for. We’d definitely choose these outfitters again.
We did river rafting for the first time and it was really fun. Our guild was Ricky and he was very funny. The guides are well trained. I thought i would fall off considering the raft was a intermediate to advanced level and this was our first time but our guide was really good. Highly recommend Echo.
Great time! Our guide, Alexis, was awesome. It was my wife and I, and our two teen daughters in the raft, and she was great about teaching them and keeping things light. We did a family style float only up to level 3s, and now the girls want more! Thank you Alexis.
