Ervaar een betrouwbare noorderlichtjacht vanuit Rovaniemi met een Expert team dat zich richt op het vinden van een heldere hemel en echt noorderlichtzicht — ondersteund door onze eenvoudige belofte: Geen noorderlicht = Geen betaling. We volgen geen vaste lussen, we jagen omstandigheden na. Elke avond wordt onze route vanaf nul gepland met behulp van cloudgegevens, zonnevoorspellingen en toegang tot de weg, zodat we ons op de best mogelijke kijklocaties kunnen positioneren. Als de lucht 120 km verderop open is, gaan we daarheen. Bij grotere vertrekken werken we met een warme en comfortabele verwarmde touringcarbus en meerdere gidsen om een soepele coördinatie, gastenondersteuning en fotografie-assistentie gedurende de nacht te garanderen. Alle vertrekken worden geleid door een getrainde Aurora-fotograaf die de nacht documenteert met professionele DSLR-apparatuur en de bewerkte foto's na de tour digitaal verzendt. Gedurende de hele ervaring houden we u comfortabel met warm bessensap en snacks geserveerd op onze kijkplek.

Gasten stappen aan boord van onze verwarmde bus en laten hun tickets scannen bij het Polar Lapland kantoor voor vertrek. Zodra iedereen klaar is, trekken we de nacht van Lapland in om te jagen op heldere luchten en het noorderlicht.
Na het vinden van een heldere lucht, zal uw Gids de groep leiden naar een kijklocatie weg van lichtvervuiling. Hier beginnen we met fotograferen en serveren we warm sap. Als de omstandigheden het toelaten, kunnen we ook een klein vuurtje aansteken voor extra warmte en comfort. Dan genieten we gewoon van het noorderlicht.
Als de bezichtiging klaar is, gaan we terug richting Rovaniemi. Bij aankomst wordt de groep afgezet bij het Polar Lapland Office, waar de tour eindigt. Alle foto’s die ’s nachts zijn gemaakt worden achteraf digitaal verstuurd.

Arrtu and Tino were such amazing guides! My friend and I joined the tour for two days, and we were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights on both days. The aurora on the second night was especially breathtaking—truly unforgettable. The cookies and juice they provided were also delicious, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I went on two small-group Northern Lights tours this week, both led by Romain who was a fantastic guide. The first night was very cloudy so we had a long drive to Sweden in search of clearer skies. We were only able to see a hint of aurora that night, nature can be unpredictable. I booked a second tour two nights later & got to witness a Northern Lights display that was more incredible than anything I ever could have imagined. A true once in a lifetime experience, shared with a small group of other tourists who were equally in awe of what we witnessed. I didn't take a single photo the whole night - Romain had got that covered. He took fantastic photos which captured memories & allowed us to fully experience the magic we were seeing. These were shared with us very quickly afterwards. Romain took us to a quiet spot & while waiting for the aurora to appear, we all stood and watched shooting stars and the milky way. It was very special. I'm very glad I booked a second tour after the first quieter night. I'd recommend Polar Lapland small group tours to anyone visiting Rovaniemi - you never know what you might get to see. Thanks a million for everything Romain!
I know it’s been a lot of luck, but it’s been a really good experience for us! He took me deep into the mountains by car and spent about four hours watching it. I could barely understand the English explanation, but it was totally fine because they were very close. The best part is that the guide will give you the last picture that was taken with a professional camera!

The experience was amazing! The photographers are extremely good at their job and very very dedicated. We saw the lights, and even saw them dance for some time. It was magical!!!! Cannot recommend Polar Lapland enough.
