I said we were traveling with 3 children. 1 infant, 6 year old and 8 year old. And requested car seats/boosters. They showed up with one booster, and outdated unsafe car seat. It did not sit well with me and I should’ve gotten out of the car with my child. Will never book a driving tour with this group again
We are glad you selected our tour, but must clarify your concerns. We provided an approved and current car seat. We also provided a booster seat for your 6 year old. We offered an additional booster for your 8 year old, although it is not required for their age. No mention of safety concern was made at time of tour. We have a perfect safety record as it is our highest priority at all times.
Cal is knowledgeable about the lore of Hollywood but drives slowly for picture taking options. Nice, but expect honking.

I had a few hours to spare on my business trip and wanted to see a few sites in Los Angeles from someone who is local and will drive. This was a great solution. The tour guide was knowledgeable about the spots and gave good narrative while we drove around town.
We’re not at the pickup place up place as planned. Refused to refund money when it was their fault After enquiry not one other tour operator had heard of them

I enjoyed the tour around the city. The driver was very through. We had a private tour. I only wish I had been notified ahead of time that we would be the only ones on the tour. He made sure he explained everything Thank you
Our driver was amazing, he told us a lot about Hollywood, the people living there and the historical aspects! We would recommend it definitively!
We enjoyed the conversations with the driver, but we felt he shortened our trip although he said it was because traffic was light.
This tour is somewhat informal as we were given it in a private van. Not on the tour trucks. The guide had a chance in the Spanish language. I wouldn't take it again. Choose a more touristy one.
